Room as pictured for the most part. Maids do a really good job when they come in to clean. Staff is nice.

A spa was offered but the jacuzzi was ice cold. The hot water only remained hot for so long in the tub which had no stopper for a bath. While the staff was great and easy to talk to, the building is not in the best shape.

When i was checking in. I was told that i reserved the small room with hot tub. That it would be $20 more dollars for the bigger one comes to find out by the lady that cleans up rooms after check out. That all hot tub rooms are the same size.

The room I was in was nice. I made another reservation and paid for a week only to have them knock at my door and force me to move to an ugly rundown room that is nothing like the picture. The first room looked like the picture. This one is terrible. Once they know u may be extending your stay they will force you into an ugly room with no wifi, exposed wires and no table for a child to eat at.

I just believe that everyone can stand some improvement no place is perfect in the areas of cleanliness and overall appearance of the rooms that could stand a lot of improvement but the rooms were good size and they had all of the basic necessities the staff was courteous and prompt. All in all, it wasn't a bad stay.
