Checked in around 730pm for a 4 night stay for work. Asked older gentleman at desk for a luggage cart. Would not reply. Asked again only to be told he did not know where it was. Took several tries to get a cart. His recomendation was to carry my luggage and work stuff, up to room. This would have taken min 10 trips. I asked if people do not have luggage when they check in? His response was no, they never have luggage. The third night there was a wedding in basement and the music was so loud the bed was shaking. Went to desk only to be told by same man, rather rudely, that they had until 11pm then the music had to stop. It was 8pm and i was checking out at 4am for a 6 hour drive. No sleep. Lastly, i had to empty my own garbage daily, and had 2 towels and 1 face cloth for 4 days.

The room I was assigned had a comfy bed which was a highlight and the shower was hot. The security latch on the hallway door was broken off. The patio door would lock but needed a security bar. The walls in the room had numerous holes and spots where other things had been fastened when the room was configured differently. In my opinion the room was not worth the $100+ I was charged. The hotel was difficult to access because of major road reconstruction. The area itself is sketchy, for sure.

We were on the lower level and it’s not a nice part of the hotel. The doors are all different colours and half of them looks like a dog was scratching at them. The room had wallpaper coming off the wall in numerous spots. The walls had stains on them. The baseboard was missing in some spots and heater is falling apart. If it wasn’t late at night we would’ve left. The bed was clean and TV was newer

Looks like they have been doing renovations in the hotel. The room itself was a nice size. Bathroom was okay. The counter & sink were too low. Would have suited a short person. Shower was okay. The beds were somewhat comfortable but squeeky. Kept us from having a good nights sleep. A little disappointing.

- The hotel itself looked rundown - the Room door wouldnt open or close easily - i was the first to shower and i had cold water then it would fluctuate to warm and then bck to cold while it was cranked to Hot - AC unit was louder than a human snoring

This hotel was filthy. Took forever to be greeted. Hallways did not appear to have been vacuumed in a long time. Room stunk of cigarette smoke. When I spoke to the front desk and asked them if other rooms would have the same level of cleanliness, he said "what are you expecting? The Four Points by Sheraton?" Arrived on a Saturday night. There was a family in the lobby drinking tea and eating so we got the impression it was family owned and operated. We were surprised to walk down a dirty hallway to our first floor room to discover the room reeked of cigarettes. Fortunately, the people at the front desk quickly changed us to another room on the second floor. There was no elevator so we had to lug alot of luggage upstairs and use the 1 luggage cart the hotel had to get to the stairs at least. The next room did not smell of smoke and was cleaner but there were no towels. I obtained thèm from a staff member walking by. The good news is the beds were comfortable. The whole experience was uncomfortable, made us uneasy, but to be fair they were booked solid with sports teams and university students who came for homecoming. There is a mall accross the street and restaurant attached to the hotel. You have to pay for breakfast. There are better options in London, including breakfast, but everything was booked out so this gave us a bed for the night. The outdoor pool did look to be maimtained but the general poor state of the hotel meant the $ 200 a night we paid was way too much. Hoping to get our security deposit back soon.

Room was clean comfortable and quit When I asked for additional towels was told they were not available till next day Windows were filthy and garbage was strokes all over yard was embarrassed to let people know where I was staying

The trash bin outside our room was overflowing with garbage littering the parking lot and outside our window. The windows layed with filth and crude finger drawings. The sewer seemed to be backed up: being unable to drain baths, leaving a horrible smell throughout the entire hotel room. We needed to keep the bathroom door closed. During and after our stay we were left itchy and found a bunch of black stuff on our skin and then found a bug on the clothes we had laid on the bed. We did not remember to take pictures as we were exhausted from driving all day.

Upon arrival after I worked a hard day I was told my room was on the second floor and there was no elevator I had to carry up two bags and I have mobility issues and no one offered to help me the hallways were very dirty from the day that I arrived to the day I left two nights in the hallway there was the same garbage left in front of rooms very disappointing

Rooms could be cleaner, floors can use a good mopping.. hallway can use a good vacuuming.
