Charming hotel with good location close to Train station and metro. Rooms modern and quiet and comfortable bed. Restaurant is superb, service and food top class

We stayed in a 3-twin beds room with 3 adults. There was plenty of room for us and our belongings. The balcony with a view of the lake and downtown was very enjoyable. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful.

our stay was excellent, the service was excellent (especially Sara at the recepicion , a very friendly and polite Portuguese woman) What can I say about the hotel, it's simply great, I stayed in a family room, we were with 4 people, very comfortable, great view, breakfast with a lot of variety, quality and tasty products, in Lousanne everything is very close so very good and easy public transport is very easy and very clean, the hotel is close to the train station which is very good, the hotel gave me a pass to travel for free on public transport, trem are buses, The hotel restaurant is very good, both , inside the hotel and in a very pleasant outdoor area, very tasty food, they have incredible foie gras my stay at the hotel was amazing Congratulations to everyone, especially Sara, who was very friendly and polite to our family and my daughters

Reception and service was fantastic, really friendly and proffesional staff, beautiful room, clean and quiet, additionally the access to private garage was great. However i found the breakfast overpriced for what was sub standard bread, produce and presentation.

No air condition after 11pm makes the night sleep uncomfortable. Hotel shutdown air condition system as it is noisy for the neighborhood!! Tiny shower space.

we had an issue, there was apparently AC issues a few days before we got there, but tit was a few days, and we weren't notified it would be an issue, and it was really not comfortable because it was too hot in the room, they're offer was free water which isn't really a great remedy especially since water was free in many places.
