Have a 24 hour airport shuttle that took 30 mins to come for pickup even though they're <5 mins away

I wish you had at least one pillow that is thin and soft. On the third floor the temperature is very warm. I’m glad the AC unit was adjustable.

Check in was a breeze. Warm welcome upon walking in and quick to get checked in. Easy layout to find our room. Very clean and comfortable room and bed.

Close to Portland airport. Shuttle service was great. Checkin staff great. Hotel cleanliness is problematic. All carpets very dirty. Everything needs a deep clean.

The room was a normal for us when we stay at a Hampton Inn! Fabulous room and the staff was so cheerful and friendly willing to help with our bags to get to the shuttle to get to the airport.
