Amazing stay! The breakfast was delicious and the staff in the lounge area for breakfast was the best! So friendly and helpful. All other staff were great too. Room was spotless and comfortable. Neighborhood was very nice and safe, too. Will definitely stay again!

The power went out for 3 hours and it wasnt due to the tropical storm.It came back on after 12am.
Breakfast food wasnt cooked long enough.kinda raw.

The property on the outside was ok. The room was ok. The room was very clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff was so friendly. Breakfast was terrible

Amazing. We had an issue with the first hotel we tried to stay at and as soon as we got here the front desk agent was so pleasant and welcoming. To be honest all staff the entire trip were welcoming and so helpful. Our room was really clean to the point that it smelled clean when you walked through the doors. Breakfast in the morning was a lot more than we were expecting and we were able to walk around outside without a care in the world. This is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at in while (while on a budget).

If you plan to use public transportation the Merta is about a mile away. The food in the area is a little on the high side. But there are some affordable options just not alot.
The staff here are so friendly and funny.
The breakfast was a standard hotel spread but we really loked the biscuts. Not hard they were fluffy but still dense enough for gravy.

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm but we weren't allowed to check in until 4:24pm. Pool was shut down. Was also charged $15 for parking which is a little ridiculous since it's not even secured and gated parking. Would not recommended unless absolutely necessary.

The staff was absolutely amazing! All employees went out of their way to make you feel welcome & accomodated reasonable requests. They were all very warm & made you feel at home.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. My problem is not just this hotel but many of them doing this new thing with the heating and air. This hotel was the worst one. I have always given them the best scores until now. The thermostat is set to 68 bung the coolest. I know they need to save money and some people may let the AC run very low but some people like it cooler at night to sleep At least do a 62-76 range and not just a 68-73 range for heat and air. I would rather pay $10 per night and be comfortable with the temperature in the room. Again, all hotels are doing this but this was too restrictive.

Elevators didnt work 90% of the time. Bathroom door didn’t shut. In hallways ceilings panels missing and wires were hanging out. Parking lot very small. Right on the edge of a not so nice neighborhood. Would not recommend.

When I checked in the property was very clean and the staff were efficient/helpful. During the second night of stay my room and common area flooded. I had to check out and move to another hotel. This impacted my travel budget significantly.

Much smaller than I thought, both the room and the building. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. $15 parking fee. $20 incidental deposit that I'm not certain I'll get back.

The area is safe and quiet. Good breakfast with eggs, sausage, bisquits and gravy, waffles. Popcorn machine also. Night desk Britney? Was especially helpful and kind. Gym and indoor pool available as well. I would definitely stay again!
