The staff is so friendly and it is a beautiful resort!!

We were very happy with our stay here. It was exceptionally clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Although we didn't use it, the kitchen in our room was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. The bathroom was nice a big and the king size bed was very comfy. We even had an ocean view from our little deck. There isn't a shuttle into Avila Beach but it is very close. A short walk down the driveway and across the bridge and you're there. The only part is you have to come back up the driveway on your return and it is kind of steep. All in all we loved our stay.

Convenient location close to the wedding we attended at Avila Golf Club. Spacious and comfortable.

The resort is nice but the room was a bit tired and out of date. Felt nickeled and dimed a bit given how much the rooms cost. Views and pool area were great but overall could be vastly improved.

The room was good size for its value. The resort offers excellent amenities including heated outdoor pool, BBQ area, club room, convenient parking, and a gym. The property overlooks Avila Beach including breathtaking views. The room was clean including a full kitchen.

Resort was nice with great views. The room we were assigned was the worst I've ever been. There were nothing but the walls when opened the balcony door. Felt like jail room! I asked for differebt room but no luck...room 322 was ok but the view was really, really bad!!! People walking in the hallway can see the room inside!!!

Seems nice enough but clearly understaffed and dated despite generally decent upkeep of the property. Access on busy beach days is a little challenging but on site parking is adequate once on property. No food options are located on site except vending machines so most people bring groceries for the kitchen and head into SLO or Pismo/5 Cities for meals. Our room was small but it worked for our family of 5 with the sofa bed and king setup. Kitchen had all the necessities amd bathroom was nice. Overall good facilities but we were a bit past 4 pm for check in and the dishwasher was running super loud for the first 90 minutes of our stay, which is fine but not ideal after a long drive and you hope to relax.

Scenic location and beautiful grounds. Our room was partially updated but the furniture and rugs were stained and the appliances were old. The screen door wouldn’t stay on rail. The location is excellent and the staff were nice.
