The price, location, and nice family that runs this place makes it our go-to when we're in town for football games. They're doing renovations in the common areasc that will hopefully be done soon, but the rooms are comfortable and clean. It's a basic motel for a good price and I appreciate that it's a family-run business.

Only major complaint i have is the guy at the front desk was making it out like they only had tap to pay on the card machine and eventually after a while he did something to make it work for the chip in our card. He basically made it out like if we didnt have tap to pay then we couldnt pay with our card.

Really nice place to stay. Located near I-35 very easy access to restaurants and mall, movies.

nice and clean and the AC cooled the room perfectly. The family that runs the property is friendly and efficient. We will definitely book here again!

I booked through Hotels.com. When we arrived we were told by Quality Inn employees they never received confirmation by Hotels.com so our booking didn’t exist. Hotels.com charged my card $460 but we had no room.

Hotel is under construction and needs it badly. Although the room was clean, it was very outdated. Room temperature was not very cool and the thermostat did not work. The young man that checked us in was very kind, but the rest of the staff was not very friendly. Not sure if we will ever stay there again. Will definitely need improvements

Too many things didn't work... key locks on the room and facility didn't work properly. As a result, the back door was left unlocked most of the time. Lights over the sink and tub were out. Some TV functions didn't work. The exercise room was closed during our entire stay due to renovations.

Property seemed to be 1/2 way on a 1/2 way remodel. Shabby carpet, upholstery in room was very worn, hallway lacking baseboards, room smelled musty, bathroom missing vanity lighting.
It was overall clean and the staff was pleasant. Location is convenient. For the price I would not stay again.

This is our go-to spot for Norman, OK. It is nice and clean and the front desk staff is always so nice and accomodating. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay staff is very friendly. The hotel was clean. We enjoyed our stay other than the construction that was going on. It’s a really nice hotel.

Pros: The staff was friendly and we felt safe. The hotel was in a perfect location for what we needed. Also the bathroom in the room was clean, which I was thankful for. The water pressure in the shower was good as well.
Cons: The room smelled horribly of dog and the comforter on the bed was filthy, as was the carpet. We immediately put the comforter in the floor and asked for clean blankets, which they provided. The room felt very humid, to where you just felt sticky even though the AC was set to a comfortable temperature. Had we needed to stay for more than just a very quick overnight, I would have asked to move or possibly even changed hotels, but we really did not have time. The bed was very uncomfortable as well.

To be honest I was taken back by the quality of my stay all the way around. Super friendly and helpful staff and the room was very nice especially for what it cast. For the price, service and the room, its the best hotel in Norman, in my opinion.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the property was under construction! Staff was very friendly and room was exactly what was advertised! Cold AC and comfortable beds! Will stay here again

Staff was absolutely sweet and kind, they are currently under a remodel yet still was a quiet and comfortable stay. Beds are super cozy. Breakfast was really good. Would definitely stay again. Location is around so many food and shopping options and easy to get to.

Although it’s not a posh, sophisticated hotel, it was perfect for what we needed. The front desk was super friendly. The beds were comfortable. The location felt safe. The price was great.
It may be a little outdated, but management is in the process of updating it. We will definitely go again!
