Hotel is a short walk from old town. Clean hotel. Reception staff very nice. We left our luggage in storage on our arrival and after check out, no issues. Close to public transportation. Breakfast was very good, lots of options and tasty.

Would not recommend this hotel. The bathroom smelled, and we found a lot of hair in the shower and it felt overall dirty. The AC had a terrible noise every 2 minute. It was terrible to sleep with the AC on due to the noise. The staff was not so friendly, and not service minded. Beds was comfortable!

Very good hotel for the price. It’s a short distance to the old town which was convenient. No issues at all

The hotel was very nice and clean. Service in reception was good and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and there were many different options, even prosecco was included. The location of the hotel is great, since it's close to the main attractions.

The breakfast is very good, which is why i gave it 2 stars, but apparently all roms have an issue with the AC units where the AC makes a low frequency humming noise every 20 seconds, which makes sleeping or relaxing impossible if you care about noise. I told reception about my problem and they said they can not do anything because all rooms have this and there is no solution for this. Rrally? For a 4 star hotel it is completely unacceptable. I only have it 2 stars because the breakfast was nice, otherwise i would have given them 1 star! Important mention is that the AC keeps making this noise even after you turn it off, so really there is no way to get rid of it.

I recently stayed at this hotel located in the historical part of the city, and it was a fantastic experience. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to major landmarks made it easy to see them. Overall, the hotel is good value for money.

We've got our room keys, but the cleaning was still in process, so we did hit a bar for an hour. after that, everything went fine.

Hotel has cenral location and it is very easy to reach old towm by walk. We had early flight to Bratislava and came to hotel only to leave our luggage, but receptionist let us to check in and we get our rooms at 10a.m. It was very pleasure and we really appreciate that. Rooms were spacy and comfortable. We also liked breakfast with a lot of choices of warm and cold food. One morning it was even served Bratislavas bagel with walnuts and poppy filling and these bagels were very tasty. We enjoyed to stay here :)

Young woman staff member was excellent. Helpful. Good recommendations and made our stay easy. The hotel itself was great but we hadn’t realised it was in the middle of an industrial area. Was ok for us because we had a car. Just a surprise

Hotel.in good location. Reception staff very poor upon check-in. Slow and not really helpful. Breakfast had a good choice, but not very warm. Overal ok but wouldnt book here again, after visiting bratislava for 3rd time this was the worse hotel to date, luckily only stopped 1 night.

Fantastic stay for 2 nights. Very close to main attractions within walking distance and an excellent varied breakfast each morning.
