Amazing hotel in every sense! Old world gem with attentive and friendly staff. Special thanks to the whole staff! When they learned that it was my birthday trip, they sent to the room a beautiful plate of deserts with "Happy Birthday" written with chocolate. Food is excellent, service is beyond expectations. And the location is perfect, too.

We felt like coming back home upon arrival, relaxed and comfortable. At the same time, we wish our home would be like that, the room is extremely comfortable. We wish we could've stayed longer.

Stayed here for four nights, very comfortable hotel. Staff very attentive, friendly and always willing to go beyond to make my stay more enjoyable. After busy days sightseeing, shopping etc. it was nice to return to such a relaxing atmosphere 🇮🇪

Absolutely loved this beautiful high-end boutique hotel. Customer service could not have been better. Booked junior suite is extremely luxurious with all the amenities one with expect high end hotel. View over the lake. Very centrally located in a safe area.

The staff were so busy making our stay so wonderful! They would race to open a door if they saw us coming. Upon our check out I noticed they had set up a sweet bar that I commented I’ll have to come back and try that too. As I got into my taxi one of the staff members ran over to me with a lovely box of treats just for me. That is just one of the many things they did for us. I love this property and the staff makes it a 5 start . Wish I could give extra stars for this place. I’ll be back!

We are a group of 4, 2 parents and 2 adult children, and arrived in three different times over 24 hours. They facilitated the check in, let us check in early, and remembered our names and that we were all together. They were flexible in our use of the "public" rooms, and even the restaurant for work or meetings not during meal times. The food was fabulous, and they were flexible and happy to make adjustments to the menu as we asked. Virtually every request was answered with "of course, and can I do anything else for you". Truly a comfortable and luxerous experience. One that we hope to repeat soon.

This property is very quaint. The hotel staff is some of the best I have come in contact with. The room is a bit antiquated but the service more then makes up for it breakfast was delicious, however the service at breakfast was not up to the rest of the staff.

The staff really made this visit one to remember. They make you feel like royalty from the moment you check in through the moment you leave. So attentive, personal touches, the works. Just an amazing place would highly recommended!

Hotel location is excellent. It’s also very charming and has that old world feeling to it. But our air conditioning did not work and on top of that there was a heating malfunction. So they could not turn the heat off and AC on. It was very uncomfortable in the room. Luckily we could open the window to let some air in. They should really worry less about the environmental conditions of the AC and more about the people staying in the rooms, which cost 💲 a bundle.

The hotels, amenities features, and the rooms were unbelievable the level of finish and quality and all the rooms spectacular. The staff was equally as helpful and the food was terrific.

Great views of the Jet D'eau, beautiful walks, and close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind, despite our relentless questions. The hotel is beautiful, but we missed not having a fitness center on site; there is one nearby that we have used, but we didn't check it out. We also didn't eat at the restaurant as we were short on time, but the afternoon tea service and breakfast looked wonderful.

Exceptional level of service at Hotel D'Angleterre. There's a reason Swiss hospitality (and specifically Geneva) hospitality has set the world standards for the last 150 years, and this hotel is amongst the leading examples of it. Very dog friendly. Phenomenal food. I didn't go into the bar but it sounded like a destination spot on a Thursday night.
