Terrible service from the receptionist. They gave me a room where the refrigerator didn't work and it was dirty with wet towels in the refrigerator area. The television didn't work. There were no clean towels. There was no curtain in the room. They didn't want to give me another room because they said there wasn't one available. But that's what they left me with when I arrived. Then my husband booked me into that same hotel through Expedition.

Apparently the owners are in the process of upgrading the facilities. Paint cans were still in the "breakfast nook" on the counters and the tables were all folded up and stacked against a side wall. A new shower had recently put in, but the support on the middle of the bottom was lacking and it would creak when you moved around in the shower. The framework supporting the bed was a metal encasement and "echoed" rather loudly if accidently kicked. It did prevent anything from rolling under it though. Overall, it was a large, average facility at present, BUT they are trying to get it back into shape to receive a higher rating. If all these are acceptable to you, give it a chance - it did have acceptable room rates.

very outdated but cheaper hotel. got a room without a tv and 2 double beds instead of the king i reserved in advance

It was just a place to sleep nothing exciting or rememorable to comment on.

Clean rooms. Seems there were always staff working on cleaning and updating. Outside was well maintained. In a favorable area with easy access to food, fuel and shopping. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The mattress was comfortable but it slid all around on the meta plate it set on. Luckily 2 guests helped get me and my luggage down the stairs.they said the last time it went out it was out for over 3 weeks. Will never stay there again. WiFi kept going out and made the TV useless

Check in was quick and friendly, room was nice, no issues with my stay. The only issue was they did not have any kind of breakfast.

First room was not serviced, bedding on floor. Second room no remote and pillows. Third room shower curtain missing and refrigerator had food in it. Hotel was sold out so had to make the best of it. Need to get the housekeeping staff up to speed. Front desk staff was nice, I understand things happen, Carpets torn and worn.
