Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious and nicely done. Breakfasts was a decent layout.

The pillows were awful. So soft they went flat when played upon.

Cookies. Female Check in clerk very friendly Other two males not so much! Who resurfaces a parking lot on a weekend in the middle of vacation/travel season!! Made parking Awful!

Bed very uncomfortable & worn thin. Dislike Shower provisions Much prefer individual soaps & shampoos. Ect.

Housekeeping,the night front desk man and Deb they were all very helpful breakfast was great our room was clean. After I received rudeness from the front desk the housekeeping ladies help me out gave me the number for Deb. She listened too me, was professional courtesy and comped me my next stay she also informed me that she would let me know when the pool heater was fixed

That I wasn't informed that the pool heater was out also the morning shifts front desk lady was very rude and argumentative. I only rented the room so that my grandkids could swim so it was a big letdown

Not much. This hotel did not live up to the quality of the Marriot brand.

There were signs posted all over the property stating masks were required, yet in our 3 day stay I never saw other guests wearing masks. In addition, over 3 days I only saw 1 staff person wearing a mask. What’s worse is the person preparing the breakfast food DID NOT wear a mask or gloves for safe food handling. The state of IL currently has a mask mandate for indoor public spaces. I am left with the impression that Marriot does not take the health of it’s guests as important nor do they take the pandemic seriously. I brought this issue up to the front desk agent at check out and she acted surprised that staff weren’t masked even though her associate standing next to her was not masked. Marriot brands WILL NOT be in my selection list for future hotel stays.
