I had a terrible experience during my stay. First disappointment, I requested a room on the 1st floor and was told they couldn’t accommodate me with no additional reasons. Second, the room stunk rotten, the room appeared not clean at all, floor was dirty. The walls are so thin I was woken several times of the noise next door. The worst of it all was that two days after my stay I requested room service and was denied due to short staffed. Housekeeping only did the bed once during the 5 day stay without any other service. No clean sheets, no clean towels, didn’t even take out the trash. I’m truly disappointed..

The stay was fine the check out was terrible, I paid in cash they wouldn’t put my deposit on my card so I had to give cash. I asked the lady at the desk if they would be open at 5am because I leave to work at 5am and needed to get my deposit back. She said they are open 24 hours and it wouldn’t be a problem. Well it was a problem, this morning I went to Check out and the lady at the desk didn’t have a key to get my 100$ deposit back and I had to come back later. Well I don’t go back that way on my way home, I had to leave work early drive 30 miles back to get my money then 30 more miles back the 113 miles home. Then she wouldn’t give me my money until they checked the room so I had to sit around another 15 minutes waiting for that. I will never stay there again. The people are rude and shouldn’t be allowed to even own or work in the motel industry.

Some of the neighboring tenants were rude, loud, and obviously classless. This occurs mire times than not unfortunately.

The room was a nice size no view to look at but thats okay, I wasn't there for the view. The towels were cheap and thin could practically see through them, you should probably retire towels that are old and thread bare. 1 bar of soap no shampoo, conditioner or lotion, sad when you can't wash your hair. The biggest reason I scored low is because outside my door near the elevator were 100s of ants 🐜 not a few ants but 100s. I took a video and showed the front desk and they were apologetic and said they would take care of it right away. Well they took care of the ants. When I went back up stairs someone sprayed them with bug spray. Left all of there dead corpses right where they sprayed. The trash that hadn't been emptied the day before was still there. And now there is poison on the walls, floors. What type of employee is to lazy to dump the trash that drew the ants in the first place and then leave poison and dead ants everywhere, where children can touch it. Unacceptable!!! I understand ants can be a problem. But you take out the trash regularly. You spray and kill the ants then you clean the area thoroughly to remove the poison. This hotel needs to do better.

My Tv would not turn on. I told the front desk and they said someone would look at it and take care of the problem. I stayed for two nights. No one ever serviced it and it never worked. Bathroom was worn out, lack of power outlets, noise from the hallway door slamming shut all night long made sleeping tough.

Staff are uninformed and fairly useless, the rooms are LOUD, every door that opens and closes jars your door on all three floors, can hear everything above you. The facilities and vending machines are out of service.

It was very convenient, easy access to the freeway, clean, close to the shopping 🛍️ center!

Super friendly staff. Large, clean but basic room - which is fine. Big problem is the noisy pool partys to 4am in the morning.... absolute nightmare. You get no sleep at all. I spoke with night security and the reply I got was " I asked them to leave a few times" ... seriously?!!!

Everything was good bathroom sink had a small leak but reported it at checkout but leak didn't take away from the stay

Motel 6 was NASTY DIRTY!!,Come on it needs updating but it was Nasty dirty and was afraid to even sleep on bed. Thank God I brought Microban to spray place down and Clorox wipes just in case and ended up using entire can and wipes…. Just cause the place is NOT new the cleaning can be MUCH MUCH better! Your cleaners need to do better! Very very unhappy!

Liz was extremely rude in the AM. I've stayed here numerous times and have ONLY had issues with her. Carol was amazing at check in and definitely deserves a raise. I've managed a hotel before and Liz should not be front desk

Good

No frills but nice hotel that offered a quiet room for sleeping. On-site restaurant was good for a filling lunch. Vending room had microwave for heating food. Coffee and hot water rounded out the package.
