Check in was easy- neitger elevator worked and we were on the 3rd floor. They didnt mention that until after i paid.

It was good. But batteries were missing from the remote and the back part the remote was missing. No broadcast TV like ABC, NBC or CBS. But overall it was a good stay

The lady at the front desk was very rude, unwelcoming and mean. During check in I watched her be pleasant and welcoming to the other guest of her color even providing them with welcome bags and explaining the no tolerance sheet I was not given a welcome bag, nor told anything about the no tolerance sheet just told to insert my card and sign this paper to check in. She gave me a room with no working heat, a fire hazard socket that was not covered and had the AC unit plugged into. Which was sparking when I turned on the heat. The bathroom was unclean with urine behind the toilet, tub was nasty and rusted. When I went up to my room to check in she gave me none working key cards. She kept stalking my children as they came and went to find any reason to make us leave. The elevator was broke and had to commute up to the third floor everyday. They have roaches in they lobby laundry area. Terrible experience.

Was quiet till the day of check out when I woke up to a screaming kid and what sounded like demolition but it was just my neighbor banging doors and drawers fighting with her man

The breakfast was not good. There were bagels but no cream cheese or jelly/jam, only butter. The one morning there was yogurt in the case and the second morning there was none. No proteins, even a boiled egg. I walked over to Walmart and got a bag of boiled eggs and some cream cheese.

There was mold on the couches bugs all over the room the shower pressure was slim to none room with no smoking smelled like smoke payed my deposit in the hotel and they charged me again for it

The 1st room we were checked into had a mildewey odor. Fortunately the concierge provided us with a different room. The concierge and staff were professional and courteous which made the stay bearable.

The photos you see of this hotel and what it actually looks like are not the same. The worst hotel I'ver stayed. Terrible odor,complained about it and asked for another room. They said they didn't have anymore and handed us a bottle of spray to spray the room with. The parking lot was almost empty but they d8dn't have any rooms? The rooms were very dirty. I had to ask for new sheets and made the beds myself. The new sheets were also dirty. The bathroom was filthy. A condom is in the sink drain. The whole place reaked of weed and cigarettes. Especially the 3rd floor. The staff was super nice, but that’s about it.

The hotel has electrical issues. The light switch right inside the door might turn a wall plug on and off, but not the light in the ceiling over the door. The only way to turn that light off was to unscrew the lightbulb. The mattress was also pretty poor, and the sheets were poor too. The staff in the hotel was great and helpful.
