1. It is the Guests' responsibility to take the trash can for their apt to the dumpsters

2. Clean all dishes prior to checkout.

3. Empty all food from the frig and pantry before checking out

4. Please remove trash from the apartment prior to checking out

5. We allow dogs that are prescreened. No dogs are allowed on the furniture, unless you cover it with a blanket of your own to protect it. All dogs should be crated when you leave the home. Please see the Pet specific rules for more information.

6. Please do not hang anything on the walls.

7. Please do not move furniture

8. If you break anything, don’t worry, it happens, please just report it, so that we can replace it for you and the next guest

9. Please report maintenance issues as soon as possible
