Plug in the bath was broken, the shower was falling off the wall. Hot water forbthe bath did not work. Ibwoukd rather sleep in a hammock in the middle of Ayr Race Course than sleep here.
Staff just coukd not be arsed at all. Dont even bother with the breakfast its not worth the money. Irs weatherspoons just with a it of class.

Not great value for money. Room was next to the building heating vent and was noisy while the room was not in great condition (e.g. tiles broken and the toilet could be felt to move)

Shower was in bath tub, so a bit low for tall ppl. Breakfast was included - very good, plenty of choice. Nice pleasant atmosphere. Carparking and free wifi.

We arrived at hotel and check in was completed very quickly, the room was spotless , everything in it is what you require, dinner and breakfast was lovely as well , we had a most enjoyable stay again

Very friendly and efficient welcome at reception. Food at both breakfast and evening meal excellent quality. Good prompt service at bar. Prices reasonable. Outside area very comfortable to sit and enjoy the good weather. Bedroom was comfortable and clean.

I liked the hotel very much, first time on my own but felt very safe, welcome , the food was excellent, next time I will book a room on the ground floor, as I found the stairs a bit much, but was offered help when I arrived. Would recommend this hotel for convenience to get any where in a radius of around 10 miles.
