The service at the hotel was extremely poor. I was often times just starred at and ignored during my entire stay. They only treated a certain demographic with respect and care. When i complained to the staff how rude they were all they did was give me a free beverage for my inconvenience. The only nice person was the bartender from Venezuela.

Our only regret was that we were only there for one night. Beautiful hotel and the comfiest bed! Great service (although the bartender seemed overwhelmed and not the friendliest) would definitely love to come back!

I love this property location away from the crowd is exceptional hotel staff make you feel comfortable and go above and beyond to mak you feel special on your birthday room as big comfortable and bedding and pillows ae extremely comfortable their breakfast is one of the best if in madrid a mut

This is our second time at Barcelo Emperatriz. We had a wonderful experience like the first time. We were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. The staff is amazingly attentive and kind. We were gifted a champagne bottle, chocolates and a Happy Anniversary card. The breakfast is delicious with a great array of options. The room is spacious and impecably clean. The bed is super comfortable. The shower head is great and love that there is also a bath tub. We will definitely stay here again in future visits to the beautiful city of Madrid!
