Towels were dirty no phone in the room. Hotel customer service at front was not professional outside on phone loud swearing waited 10 mins for help . Was not impressed with the stay at all place was broken down mold on lamp shades stained blankets . Just not up to par at all wont be staying again.

Blankets and pillow cases had stains on them. Non smoking room but the comforter has a cigarette burn hole in it. Woke up to the sink leaking.

The first room had roaches. Changed rooms and that door did not lock. If your turned the deadbolt to lock the door would still open without the key from the outside. We had animals and a child with us. Very unsafe. The linens were dirty. We got a refund and went elsewhere.

Bed linens was black, had no toilet paper, no towels or rags. And no hot water, staff was drunk was drunk and wasnt attending front desk, roaches, door wouldnt lock, had a crackhead beating and knocking on our door ar 3 am in the morning, not a place to stay and not a place for kids.

We had no remote for the tv (although they did eventually bring us one), no soap, no hair products, 1 towel and no cups…went to the office to inquire about these items and they had none but did give me a paper cup filled with bath soap….the outside corridors had trash cans overflowing and the room itself had someone else’s hair stuck to the wall….this place was disgusting for the amount of money they charge and I would never suggest it to anyone

EVERY towel was stained. I went to the front desk to ask for new towels and they literally told me that EVERY towel is stained at that location.

I pre booked a downstairs room months in advance and was told none were available when I got there. I was assigned a room that was adjoined with the neighbor that had a huge Cane Corso that wanted to bark Everytime I made a sound. On top of that, the sheets were heavily stained, wall mirror missing and fridge was dirty. I requested another room immediately in which the staff eagerly assisted with. The 2nd room was clean but the towels were dingy. I requested new towels and wash clothes and was told there was a shortage but was promised I would receive as soon as possible. I stayed 3 nights and never received the request, bought my own.

We had to go out and purchase a coffee maker, bath mat, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, a broom and dustpan, garbage bags, and room freshener. We had a king size bed with only one bath towel and one washcloth. There were no hand towels, or a bath mat. We only got our bed changed once in 8 days. We only got fresh towels from the nonexistent housekeeping department once during our 8 day stay. The pool was closed the entire 8 days for cleaning. Every single ice machine was broken! The parking lot was filled with drug dealers and prostitutes. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! We literally had to sweep and mop our own room, clean our bathroom, and take the bed clothes to a laundromat to wash them ourselves! I am going to post the horrors of this hotel on every social media site know to humankind! Dr. Sandrs Austin-Moore

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. I waited with several other guests. When the clerk finally arrived, our room - and others- was not ready. It was 5pm. Check in is at 3. The clerk explained they were full the night before. This does not account for a reserved and paid for room not being ready 6 hours after checkout. A man who appeared to not work for the hotel brought soiled linens into the lobby while I was there. Because of the state of the hotel and because our room was not ready we asked for a refund - which we are waiting on, and found another hotel. Very disappointed, and inconvenienced.
