The room was comfortable. The front desk lady was rude and had attitude. The hotel was clean.

It was a good enough room for the price, but you get what you pay for. The free breakfast was very limited.

The ac unit was leaking into the carpet underneath the unit. The hair dryer was broken and front desk didn't have a working one we could use. But, for the price it was fine.

It's clean and well kept, the rooms are big and well maintained.
The only thing was that they changed me $10 more for a ground floor room.

It was old. Everything around seemed abandoned. The hot water for the shower was taking forever to warm up. Since it was very cold outside, we decided to skip the shower and leave.

Everything was clean. The room was more than adequate. Best part was having pancakes and fresh coffee for breakfast. I would enjoy staying there again.

Staff get a 10 out of 10 for friendly and professional. Having to pay $10 for my dogs stay should have been disclosed on hotels.com. Room was clean and comfortable but needs general maintenance. The breakfast was sad for selection but probably accurate for the price we paid. If you want a clean place to sleep and don’t care about water damage in the bathroom and light fixtures coming out of the walls. For the price the beds were nice. Just don’t be to uptight about the conditions of rooms.

When I checked in, I used the public restroom in the lobby. As a result, an employee jokingly said: It costs $5 per person to use the restroom. There is a fee. Maybe he was joking, or maybe he was teasing, or maybe if other customers were serious, they would think he was really charging... That's really bad...
