For the price it’s what you get, have seen some bad reviews and have ti imagine it’s just those 1/100 scenarios. Staff was respectful and accommodating. would stay again if no other hotels were available for around the same price. thanks rodeway !

This room has a lake view to it. Although not that bad of a room, I still prefer the two previous ones I had before!

It's actually getting better and better every time I stay here. I'm so busy once I am there, I really can't enjoy the solitude; however, it's ALWAYS nice to have a place to lay your head, and you all provide that well! I WILL BE BACK!

Asked for a room with a double bed through the Hotels.com app. When I arrived, they had overbooked those rooms. They gave me a room with a nice surprise in it! My body Thanks you for the UPGRADE!!!

It seems that there were tiny bugs crawling on me, but I guess I get that feeling in low-end motels. It probably was jitters for the events I had to play for, but I got more comfortable after spraying some of my cologne throughout. I was able to relax a little more. Towards the end, I told myself I would be staying here again, if I could get the same arrangement I had. It was VERY convenient!

Do not stay here. Very unsafe. Door looked like it had been kicked in a few times. Didn’t close tight. Vanity was in the midst of recoating and we had to pull painters tape off the drain and faucet. 2 homeless men fighting outside our door at 3 am. Feces on the toilet tank and wall. Sagging bed with huge hump in the center. Couch was ripped up. Someones dirty sox under the bed. Relieved we didn’t bring bedbugs home, well, so far! Horrible experience. Cancelled our second night as soon as we saw the room.

Will i got a room that when i went in for the night i felt it was okay but the next day the air was not working so i had to get another room and also they do not have on there site about pet fee of 110 dollars and i was also told i would get a 50 dollars back well i still have not received my 50 dollars there was no damage done to the room since my dog went with me at all times when i left the room . Also there where others that had dogs that there dogs where not on a leash and they never cleaned up after there dogs..this place does have poop bags for the them to pick up after there dogs. I just wish i can get my 50 dollars like it they said i have a receipt for them saying 50

My 4 day stay started out with an OMG!!! The first room I was offered, was a definite no!!! BUT… I went in and spoke to the lady, who was very nice, and she immediately switched my room! I was very pleased after that!!!

I planned to stay at the property because it has been a location convenience but the am housekeeper processed my check in and payment with notifying me. I clearly selected the option to pay at the desk as I may have had questions regarding people entering my room or even a room relocation. The staff was much more helpful in the beginning but now they are not what’s insulting is I am in an area where people live here on a regular basis… I have been here for approximately 3 weeks now and I shop around for the best deal to stay.

The room was dirty,and smelled really bad,there was no hot water,I asked to be moved and the second room was even worst,then I was put in a third room that was only slightly better than the previous two.I will be requesting a full refund for my inconvience.

Booked through Expedia (paid at the counter) and when I got there the person at the front desk took a while to process the payment, I ended up getting a fraud alert on my phone, I did confirm it but the staff member told me it declined and I then needed to pay $100 extra. Ended up going to the first room, the door didn’t even lock, we called got switched to another room, tv remote didn’t work, keycard stopped working & it took all day for maintenance to come. There was dirty old toys under the bed… Spend your money elsewhere

Friendly staff had to switch rooms due to heating issues and water on floor but the second room was acceptable. Need some updating and better bathrooms
