I went through a company (Hotels.com) and I reserved and paid for a room with a king-size bed. However, when I checked in, I received a room with two full-size beds. I was told since I went through a third party, my reservations could be changed. Totally unacceptable!

Our stay at the Ocean Drive Beach and Golf Resort was awesome! Oceanfront room, easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants.

I paid quite a lot of money for a closet. Paying over $500.00 for 3 nights I expect much more than a room no bigger than my closet. The so-called balcony was looking into the side of another building. A good night's sleep was impossible with this room due to the a/c roaring, sounding like your car hitting the edge of the pavement on the highway. This was constant each time the a/c kicked in. Also, the noise factor outside cause for a long night without sleep. A block away, a party was going on with the individuals blasting music loud enough I could hear every word of the songs playing along with the motorcycles roaring until after 1:30 in the a.m. Being a deejay, I am qualified to make that comment.

Front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. The entire hotel gives a vibe of genuine southern hospitality and charm. This was my second visit and I can’t wait to return.

There is plenty of locations to shop or eat at without driving. Very walkable. The room was clean, front desk very helpful. The things that we didn't care for; hot tub didn't seem to actually get hot. The pools and hot tub weren't very clean.

The room was very clean. The front desk staff were thorough. The restaurant on site was convenient. The location was great. The whole hotel is a bit outdated, but clean, so not really an issue for us.

I liked the 3 pool convenience, beach access, shopping access, I didn’t like that I didn’t get booked for the balcony room like the way it said on the booking app and I was put in a 2 queen beds standard room, I would have to pay for an upgrade if I wanted a balcony, one of the beds had stained sheets, had an ocean view, but the window was really dirty from the outside, couldn’t really see well, otherwise it was a nice a stay, next time I’ll just call the hotel and book my room thru the front desk and avoid the third party app

1 king bed that mattress was uncomfortable. Very firm. Affected our sleep but not so much that it ruined our vacation. As we were leaving our room a hostess asked if we needed anything "a few bathtowels and sand swept off room floor. Sand wasn't swepped - a bit anoying but tolerable. This is our 2nd summer vacuum here. We LOVE the small town feeling & close proximity to anything/everything you need. Hope to see you all next summer.

First time here. Great experience. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and in excellent condition. Oceanfront view was beautiful. Parking was easy. Area around hotel had plenty of options for dining and shopping. Will definitely stay again.
