Room was not cleaned well. Holes in wall.breakfast was a joke .outside was dirty.pool was half empty and dirty.hazard for kids.would not recommend this place. Avoid this hotel it’s run down.

The first room we checked into had roaches crawling on the ceiling of the bathroom. They moved us rooms again and the bathroom tub was peeling as well as the ceiling had mold. The third room had no hot water for both days. I went to the front desk and the lady said they’d have it fixed in ten minutes and they never fixed it

The room was dark and dirty. As soon as we walked in we felt the cigar and dusty smell. While sleeping we started feeling weed smell I guess getting through the door. I will never stay here again.

There was a hole in the wall not fixed. The door lock was broken off the door. The pool was empty and green. Omg 😲

Everything great. The staff during the early morning and day shifts are amazing. The only bad thing is you have to pay for WiFi and it's still not that good and each load of laundry and drying is 3.00. you get nickel and dimed where other properties near by give those services for free

Staff aren’t helpful, rooms are mouldy. I stayed for weeks and room wasn’t cleaned. Police patrol the site and harass people continuously… avoid, it’s just not a nice place to stay.

When I got there the lobby was empty no employee no one was there I was there waiting for the receptionist for over 15 min she was quite rude once we got our room key the hotel room was disgusting I was so upset especially this being a hotel is doral once I was checking out which I did an early checkout the gentleman said I would be refunded the night I did not stay never got that accredited even after speaking to several hotels.com employees.

strong odour of mold
very poorly cleaned(found nails, and hairs from previous guests, which could have easily been cleaned)
lots of rust and mold in bathroom
room can be a noisy due to proximity to the street and loud neighbours
poor breakfast ( it hardly counts as breakfast, it is more like a bottle of coffee and oatmeal)
