Perfect location, near White House, Washington Momentum and Lincoln Memorial as well as a lot of museums. Room very clean, bed very comfortable, shower water also fine, good breakfast, And WI-FI works well. CVS just in next door, very convenient.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and compare favourably to other Residence Inns by Marriott. However, breakfast is very limited in options and front desk staff need more training with their systems. Both check-in and -out need to be improved. Staff are friendly, but do not know how to use their software.

This property will well-equipped for a longer stay. We were there for ten days. It is a quarter mile away from the nearest Metro station, which will take you to most places you want to go, and it is a half-mile from the White House.
The hotel has a full breakfast served each day. Many units have a full refrigerator and stovetop. There is a coin-operated laundry on site for guests to use, and a good workout facility as well. There are many eating establishments nearby, including a CVS next door and a Wawa across the street. Wawa is like a convenience store with a grill for fresh orders to go.
The best part of this stay was an abundance of friendly and helpful staff. They went "above and beyond" on many occasions during our stay, and they were always around asking us if there was anything we needed.
A small area of improvement is the laundry facilities. Some of the machines were always broken, so there is a need to keep this in better functioning order.
The breakfast is open until 9 on weekdays and 10 on weekends. This 9am rushed us a bit, and I notice lines forming at 8:45. Perhaps this should be extended on weekdays.

The stay was great except there were 3 of us and we asked for extra towels and she said the limit was 2 more. So she had room service to bring 2 washcloths. We had to recycle towels from the night before

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Metro station is a 8 minute walk. White House is a 15 minute walk. Great location.

The room was well equipped, the staff was friendly. You can walk to the White House or get on a bus only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We can recommend it.

Great hotel! Free breakfast has lots of choices! The rooms are spotless and the staff is very friendly and helpful! I wish the surrounding area had more stores and restaurants but the 24 hour CVS next door was a great convenience! I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in DC!
