No issues, all staff was very nice, straight forward and answered all questions. Very comfy beds. Even got a free shuttle ride to the concert that we were attending (the reason why we booked the hotel)

I was staying because my father was in the hospital across the road.
I shared with the staff that my father was dying and asked for early check-in because I just flew in from Florida and didn’t have a place to go with my luggage. The front desk staff was wonderful and accommodating. I feel like they truly cared about me and my difficult situation.
The bed was really comfortable, the pillows are the best!
the shuttle service was so great. The drivers were great and made sure I was taken around safely.
I felt like a made a new extended family.

Very friendly front desk employees. Room was comfortable and quiet. We did have one moment of concern- the front desk was unable to locate our valeted car keys. They called the valet who had been on duty the night before and it took a half hour to locate the keys! Problem solved but we did think we were going to have to file a missing car report! Otherwise, nice room, good breakfast, convenient location, nice staff.

Very calm hotel with excellent staff. The breakfast at the moment isn‘t very extensive (as notified), but it‘s a good little selection.
Downtown Buffalo is walkable (20 minutes), they also offer a Shuttle if needed.

Everything was perfect. My only complaint was the bed had a huge sinkhole in it, but I sucked it up and just dealt with it.

Debbie and her coworkers at the desk were amazing! They got us to great restaurants in the area and to and from the game with ease! I would stay here again because of the staff!

The rooms could use updating for sure, however they seemed clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were super helpful and welcoming. We utilized the shuttle (free for downtown, $25 for airport).

I used the Wyndham recently while staying overnight for a concert. The hotel has a shuttle service that drove to downtown that was free of charge. All of the staff was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend their hotel.

This was our last night of a 12 day trip starting by flying into Buffalo and renting a car and driving through the New England states. This is a beautiful hotel and the desk clerks were so friendly and helpful. The valet parking was awesome. For $20 we were able to leave and come back as often as we wanted and we NEVER had to wait for our vehicle when we got downstairs after we called from our room. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a great time talking with the desk clerks and felt like we had made friends. The whole atmosphere was like family. If we ever return to Buffalo, this is absolutely where we will stay. I highly recommend it. And the $20 for valet parking was well worth the cost.

We loved our stay. We came in town for a long weekend before the Bills game on Monday, and we loved that the hotel was centrally located so we were close to everything we wanted to do. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Will definitely stay here again if ever in Buffalo.

The staff were all friendly and helpful from check in to check out. My room was spacious clean and very comfortable. The free shuttle to dinning and other things in the area is wonderful and helpful since it's in the middle of a medical district. This is the only negative of this property - it's surrounded by hospitals and medical buildings, so nothing is very close.

The property is dated. The immediate surroundings are loud. There is little within walking distance in terms of service. The house cleaners are way too loud in terms of talking and doors. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.
