Stayed overnight for a work trip. Watched a most beautiful sunrise over the river while working out in the fitness room. Beds were comfy - rooms were super clean and parking was safe. Friendly staff. Glad I stayed there

Please do not waste your time or money staying here. We book and paid for the reservation through a 3rd party and union arrive the front desk took my CC for incidentals. Well, as we are walking up the the room I Received a charge notification from my CC. I log onto my account, and the hotel charged me for 2 nights! We checked out on September 2nd and I’m still battling with them for a refund. They also charged me for parking, which was never discussed at the time of check in. The room (431) stunk like feet and we found the hotel to be dirty. The location is pretty rundown as well and didn’t feel safe. Don’t waste your time or money staying here. Wish me look to get my full refund!

Parking garage is a bit small. Very easy to have vehicles either door dinged or scraped from it being so close quarters.

Generally a quiet area. Beautiful view of the river. Limited nearby dining options. No shopping in walking distance.

Charged more than expected; another traveller given keys to our room no real apology (a complimentary coffee may have been nice) thankfully we were all decent! Most staff members very friendly but having stayed at IHG San Francisco where room service was daily I was surprised that no service took place (not even coffee-tea in room topped up or towels changed during our 2night stay). Hotel was clean but compared to Edgewater Inn in coos county which was simply stunning this wasn’t as good. If you are visiting Portland (like us) for the first time look to book somewhere more south travel downtown involved a few bus changes and took a while, thankfully transport system excellent and took tram back from expo centre which involved a walk and crossing freeway!

And a whole new bedsheets, new towels, and toilet paper restock by Sunday, but it never happened. We had to door dash toilet paper because our housekeeping lady failed to do the re-fresh schedule. Hope this didn’t happen to a lot of the other guests as well but I hope in the future this is changed for the better.

My room was clean and comfortable. Courtyard has a nice view of the river. Conveniently located close to freeway. Indoor garage parking was great. It was nice to have a fitness center, swimming pool and hot tub.

The hotel was wonderful with good comfortable rooms great services. Courtney was very knowledgeable about what to do around town. Wynter the bartender did a wonderful job at serving people drinks and food. It was just sad she had to work all by herself. At one time she was serving 20 people by herself. I really do think she needed more help. I love that it was right by the water front. The hotel also has a pool hot tub fitness area outdoor fire pit and a gazebo.

I wish their was better parking beside that it was good. One more thing I wish someone came to clean our room and give us some fresh towel the first night. We stay there 2 night. Everything was excellent the front desk was easy going . They were nice to give use a credit $20 back for no parking. I will come back again. The food there by Starbucks was kinda pricey.
