Upon arriving the woman working the front desk was more interested in her cellphones than helping us. At one point she even stopped helping us to type a text message. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The room was clean but upon showering i found that there was no shampoo or body wash in the shower. The refrigerator still had food in it from previous guests.

The hotel was very nice,the breakfast was great with all kinds of options! The staff was very great,everyone was so friendly and very helpful with any questions I had about getting around in Denver. The shuttle service was the best. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely return!

Wanted an affordable overnight hotel near the Denver airport with shuttle service and the AmericInn was fine. It's a budget motel but the service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but was sufficient. Several restaurants were a short walk away.

Very nicely appointed room. Very friendly front Staff (TINA), enjoyed the pool, the spa, and the transfer to the airport was great!

The room was big, clean, quiet and comfortable.

We wanted something affordable for sleeping and close to the airport. This place had a nice breakfast included that ran 5-9am - we needed an early breakfast due to needing to leave for the airport by 615am. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean but very dated. My only real complaint is that the window curtain only seemed to go half way therefore the other side with a sheer allowed a lot of light in from the parking lot. (See photo) uncertain what the extra $12 property fee was for on here. Has a very small pool, nice microwave and larger small refrigerator.

Great budget hotel if you have to spend a night in Denver when traveling by Amtrak train as there is a special local train connecting the airport to the Amtrak train station called the RTD “A” train. This hotel is one of the best budget options of the hotels offering free airport pick up services. Plus, they offer a great free breakfast to include scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes and even make your own waffles. The free breakfast makes it a truly great deal for those looking for a cheaper place to stay without having to pay $200 (or more a night) anywhere near the Amtrak train station. A good night’s sleep at a cheaper price point with free airport shuttle service and a great free breakfast to boot. It’s not a fancy four or five star hotel but it is a truly great budget deal even compared to most of the other “airport” hotels. Well, it’s not a resort. But it’s clean and bed is comfortable, and the shower was good. It needs a serious update and the A/C cycled off and on loudly all night no matter which setting. So although the bed was comfortable, I think I got an hour sleep. The shuttle was excellent

The front desk had trouble finding the second room order? It took longer than it should. It was a pleasant stay. The room was adequate and the bed was comfortable.

Was good, however the front desk check in staff was rude, barely acknowledged me and looked like they would rather be anywhere else than there. Also, the elevator stunk like urine. They also double charged me for my room so I had to deal with getting a refund.

Got screwed by Southwest and needed to stay overnight just to get some sleep before another long day of travel. It was a great place for the price and what we needed it for.
