The hotel was remodeled really well. My four kids and I had a good time while staying. The breakfast had a few good options for breakfast and all kids had something they would like. My only issue was the double size bed and not having much room when sleeping and having to conscious to not fall when sleeping.

I had a late arrival, and when I pulled up to the front, a chain was wrapped around the main entrance doors, and they were locked. A note said to call this number for arrivals after 11 p.m.

It is a great location right off the freeway, the only issue I have is the cable connection is bad and buffers way too much other than that for the price it’s a good stay.

The room for five was very comfortable. It was spacious and really clean. The breakfast was fine but could tell it was all microwaved. Except the one waffle maker. The bathroom was beautiful and clean.

A wonderful place to stay! The staff is very friendly and answered all questions we had. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is smaller, but was very good. I had one personal issue the last morning, when I explained it at checkout, I was immediately asked if I was okay and if any help was needed. 5 stars isn't enough!!!

For a “dog friendly” hotel, there is no safe areas to walk the dog. The rock areas for landscaping are like shale and cut his paws, and then I was told by the front desk clerk I could walk him out back where there are no lights and she even said “but keep in mind this is rattlesnake season and there are some out there”. There is no front desk staff present during the night. At all. I find that quite unsettling. It’s clear this hotel is a renovation that was badly rushed… first time in 20+ years I’ve been in a hotel that doesn’t have curved shower curtain rods, and the tub was so slick I almost slipped in it! No texture or anything to keep that from happening. The tissue box was 2 shy of empty, stray hairs in the bathroom upon checkin… the list goes on. I won’t be staying there again!

Nicely renovated and clean rooms with a hot breakfast. Much better than other options I've tried in Elko.

Quick checkin..comfortable bed and room is super clean. The bathroom with the rain shower and quart surround...let me take that bathroom home...stagg attentive..breakgast great..eggs..meat..waffles..fruit..yogurt.. yum

The room was clean, comfortable bed, good sized room, dim Lighting. Could not find an ice machine. Breakfast eggs were ice cold like they had just come out of the refrigerator. Breakfast options were good. The exterior grounds are unattractive. Guests are not picking up after their dogs and it doesn’t appear it’s being cleaned up regularly. There is no trash can where most dogs are using the bathroom which is along one side of the building next to rooms. Staff was professional and helpful.

The heat and the air conditioning unit were not working correctly. The bathroom door failed to stay shut.

The outside landscaping needed some sprucing up. The inside was beautiful and the furniture was unique.

Beautiful new hotel with breakfast

WiFi/Internet problems and then no WiFi Internet both nights!

Hotel was clean and updated. Breakfast options were good even though they hadn’t started serving hot breakfast yet. We liked that it wasn’t too crowded, which made our stay pretty quiet. Overall a good, clean and convenient place to stay!

Wonderful updated clean rooms!! Hospitality was great. Terra at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming. Fabulous stay, would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. Only complaint is the noise levels of the hallways with other doors closing can be echoed into your room.

This property has just recently been redone. Everything is new. The room we stayed in was so new, some things weren't even plugged in yet

Appears recently remodeled. Oddly modern furniture for mountain town but comfortable. Bathtub extremely slippery. No anti-slip mat offered. Sat morning they were out of breakfast by 7:15 am. Why do hotels not offer a vent fan in all bathrooms?

It was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable and staff was wonderful. They even up-graded me since there werent many people there. I'll definitely becoming back!!!!

The property is recently renovated. The rooms were very cute and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this reasonably priced hotel.

This is my second time staying at this property and the inconveniences I ignored during my initial visit months ago have still not been addressed. The staff member upon arrival was not trained in checking in guests, the elevator is still out of service, the drink machines are all empty, the television power is directly linked to the main light switch, and to top it off there was no hot water for showering. I understand the renovation is ongoing but this hotel is not ready for guests.

The property was decent, but looked like it had a cheap remodel. Fresh paint, new decor, but felt really old. The elevator was broken. It's Elko, not a nice town.

I was impressed with the hotel, new, clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and reasonable price. I would stay here again would my travels take through Elko. 👍👍
