The level of customer service at this Hotel is second to none. Especially from Romero & Julie although all of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and spacious, very clean and offer all the comforts you could need from a simple accommodation. Location is also great, many restaurants, malls and department stores in close proximity. Safe and Quiet! Will be back again!

I only stayed one night, due to a flight cancellation, but this is a great choice for a long stay, too. Clean, modern and loaded with features. Comfy bed, easy chair, big TV, desk with chair, mini-kitchen with full size fridge, cooktop, microwave, dishes, flatware, pots and pans. It also has a fitness center, laundry room, grab and go shop and airport shuttle. Staff is friendly, especially Sue, the night manager, who I can't say nice enough things about. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for Hotels.com. The virtual credit card Hotels.com used to pay for the room was rejected, five times! A hour of phone tag, with the Hotels.com, where I spoke to three different people, who's accent made it difficult to understand, were unable to resolve the problem. One said, he'd refer it to accounting and they'd get back to the hotel within ten minutes Accounting never called Another representative referred me to a special resolution team, whose response was to resubmit the credit card that had already been rejected five times. A third person said he would call me back, but didn't. I'm sure this level of ineptitude is not typical of Hotel.com's customer service, but it you've paid for a room, but can't occupy it, because Hotel.com continued to drop the ball, once is plenty. Everyone apologized profusely, but no one did anything. If offered the option of pay on line, or pay at the property, I'd recommend the latter.

Great hotel, excellent service! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and staff was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle is a plus for airport pick up and drop off and for getting to places within the area. All around, a wonderful stay!

Clean, well located. It is a long-stay hotel, so the cleaning of the rooms is once a week.

Needed a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Juady made a call and he was sent for us . Super easy and the driver was awesome. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and pool is ok.

Easy access but the holding of 200.00 dollars for 10-14 days does not seem fair because I had 2 withdrawals from card used for stay and cannot seem to get resolved and no assistance with process to correct and credit me the money after I got a Zero balance for my stay.

Excelent service from hotel lobby and housekeeping!!!! Even though the room er cleaned, I noticed ants by the window hopegully they can take care of that. The elevator needed a quick clean up but othern than this hotel is a really good option since it's only a few minutes drive to the airport and they have the shuttle ++. There are a 4 restaurants walking distance. Thats it.
