Toilet was squeezed in and low to the ground. Beds were comfy. We were awakened at 4 am with a false alarm (fire ) and had to exit via unused dirty cluttered stairway. The alarm was so quiet i had to wake up my husband. The breakfast was simple and unremarkable

We had a goon nights sleep and the room was clean. Adequate breakfast. But no vega milk alternative.

We had a quiet room with a very nice bed. Great location downtown.

Hotel is undergoing renovations. It’ll be quite nice when it’s done. Staff is friendly. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Came with a continental breakfast. Restaurant was decent. However, the building is not soundproof. We could hear other patrons in their room, muffled but still noisy. The people in the room above us thumped across the floor overhead all hours of the night. If you book a room go for the upper level. We could hear the bar music down the street. Close walk to downtown.

Enjoyed the Chinese furniture and paintings in common area. Quiet and relaxing. Lovely neighbourhood, with a mountain village vibe.

Our room was quiet and clean. Nice that the hotel has had recent renovations. We had a room with a king size bed that was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Continental breakfast was included; it was ok with limited options.

Creaky floors and beds are a bit hard but otherwise nicely furnished and clean. Restaurant food was good too
