Perfect apartment, nice kitchen and very good and comfortable bed. Unfortunately the parking was fully booked which was very enoying. Hotel very close in walking distance from both reberbahn and the city hall.

Great stay! Hotel staff specially front office were very cordial. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. Hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast was sumptuous. Keep up the great work!

All in all we were happy with our stay. The location was excellent.
The room had a nice layout and look, but needed a more thorough cleaning in the corners.
The bed was very comfortable, but unfortunately the sofa bed was neither comfortable as a sofa or a bed.
The staff was nice and helpful.

The staff is kind and accommodating. The interior is clean and modern. Breakfast stunning.
Very close to pier and close to city. Excellent public transport system.
I will recommend to all my friends and family!
If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs since the churches ding once every quarter hour and longer every hour. It didnt bother us though.

All was great for a family traveling with a 1 and 3-year old.
Only negative, was that the pullout couch was uncomfortable (noisy, and uneven). However, for a small child, it was fine.
You got to be prepared for a noisy street and church bells throughout the night if your windows need to be open.

The hotel is far from restaurants and shops. The rooms look good at first glance, but then you realize that the shower nozzle won't stay in place, the floors in the room are dirty, the lamps don't all work, and the noise from other rooms and slamming doors jolt you out of bed. It felt like a homeless shelter that had been lightly renovated. Is that too harsh? Lol
