Stay was good. Paying for parking when you have a room, seems a little cheap.

Monique was the first face we saw at check-in. She was quick to smile and made us feel welcome for our first stay in Louisville. We stayed for 3 days. I knew if I had a question about where to go for missing items or a quick bite, she gave us lots of options to help us solve challenges that came up. The only thing I wished would've been available was transportation to the Buorbon and Beyond Festival.

Hotel is right next to convention center. Beds were super comfy, property is well taken care of. Breakfast was free and fine, and we were a block away from the Live! Entertainment complex.

I know that I am old and spoiled but it just seems that for the price of downtown hotels that the parking could be included.

The front desk staff was great. The night we checked in - there was an employee on training and she was super helpful!

Great and centric location. Walking distance from many venues, restaurants and museums. Went for a work trip to the adjacent convention center and was able to fit in visita to Louisville Slugger and Muhammad Ali museums, Belle of Louisville Riverboat tour and fine dining.

A good night stay with many restaurants and sights to see within walking distance. Parking is very expensive for valet. Many cars broken into this night we stayed. They broke windows to enter the cars and trucks. Stayed in the 18th floor away from street noise.

Pros - close to everything and walking distance from nightlife, coffe, stores, desserts etc. Comfy bed. Cons - Room was terrible. Floors dirty, broken lamp on nightstand, burnt out bulbs in floor lamp, bathroom was incredibly small for two people. Also our AC was broken and wouldn’t cool past 70 degrees as well as the fridge wouldn’t cool. Pictures online are very deceiving. We had dinner and breakfast at Sway and the service was terrible for both. I was finished with my breakfast before we ever got our water and coffee. Our waiter for dinner was missing for a good portion and dinner took a couple hours to get through. Parking IMO should’ve been free, but we had to pay $24/day just to park. Overall, we would not go back

Room it’s too small for the price I have to pay., view wasn’t the greatest ( bigger hotel covers most of my room views), no much information about services around the area, and extra charges for everything two bottles of water was settled in my room with a tag on it saying “ unless you are of such, this item is going to be charged to your account if you use it.

Loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. The atrium design of the hotel makes it sound as if a conversation being had in the lobby was right outside your door on the tenth floor. Walls are also paper thin, meaning that if you are a light sleeper at all this hotel should be avoided if possible.

Hyatt regency is near convention centre but the overall downtown is not in good shape atall. There is no shopping in the area most of the businesses have already left the area.

I left a shirt in my room & was put on hold for an hour just to be told they can’t locate it.
