Overall, it was good, clean, the food was ok, the gravy for biscuits and gravy was ok the first day watery on the 2nd, overheard the day before the gravy was poor. the hard-boiled eggs tasted vinegary. Many coats of paint showed the age, hard use and hasty repairs. The divan in the room was nasty stained. Some stains on the bed sheets.

The front and breakfast areas were good. But, the hallway and inside the room are carpeted and were smelling. I think the carpet should be replaced with tiles. The bathroom wasn't so great either.

Many problems
First, there was no soap. They ran out. Ridiculous not to have soap.
Bathroom vent made loud clicking sound when turned off. Had to sleep with vent on all night. When called front desk, they said was we know.

Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was very good and changed everyday. I liked that so you dont have the same thing everyday. Staff was nice and friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet. Only bad thing is the pool is smaller then in it looks in the pictures and wish they had a hot tub.

It was something different from staying downtown hot springs. My husband and I enjoyed the gym, and the pool inside, we didn't get a chance to get in the pool. We enjoyed the breakfast. We will be back. Mostly I liked the clean room. That's mostly on my list.

Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom but the front desk person came and cleaned it off of the ceiling and the vent.

We loved this hotel! Very clean and well taken care of. The pool area and gym were perfect for our boys. And the breakfast was actually really good!!

I like the location and in a good part of town near restaurants and family things like mini golf, arcade. Close to the lake. Beds were comfy, sheets were perfect and pillows were fluffy. A/C worked great after a hot day walking around downtown all day.
Our room had significant sized stains on carpet that need to be cleaned. 😳 The roll down shade was a little tattered and needs to be replaced but blocked out sun. Bathroom was big, clean and loved the huge frame lit mirror. Daughter is looking forward to the breakfast.
I'd def consider staying again.

The front desk staff always seemed unavailable or busy. Half the gym equipment was broken. The pool is very small. Also, our room had clearly not been vacuumed well before we got there. The beds were very clean. The water temp was great. It is a super easy location to go in and out.
