Place was incredible! Great location, great staff! Clean, plenty of amenities and meal options as its located directly above a mall. Also, the breakfast/lunch buffets was the best ive seen in the now 69 countries visited!

I had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I loved their range of breakfast offerings. The location is great and easily accessible to Petronas Twin Towers.

Property is nice but as you walk in your room it looks jaded. Carpet was not very clean and looked uninviting. Property needs new look i felt - for a big hotel chain they need to upgrade constantly to be competitive. There are some eating places around and a nice supermarket which was good and handy. I rate this hotel as 3.5 stars in current situation.

Front Office - the checking in was smooth. We were instantly offered cookies as there welcome snacks and Assam Boi beverage as their welcome drinks. F&B - the Hostess was very warmth with her welcoming us. The buffet spread was sumptuous and lots of varieties. The most stand up is definitely the prata section! Trust me, I've been to Ritz and Westin KL but its either their prata was an instant prata or they do not have it at all. Room - Blinds was crumpled. Shower faucets needs to be fix. Toilet bowl suctioning is poor. And whoever chose the toilet bowl is rather dumb. The wc tank and flushing is lower than the wc cover, which makes it difficult for us to flush thru. The hot water flask is too hidden and the tray needs refurbish. Housekeeping team forgotten to top up my body shower. The only good side was that the pillows was way too comfy and your CARELINE was very prompt. Hotel - FREE parking is a necessity for hotel guests. Westin and Ritz did NOT provide free parking for cars. Overall we love it, especially my wife and daughter. We have decided to make Doubletree Hilton as go to hotel if we ever travel to KL again.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and made sure we had an amazing stay. Ate in the restaurant nans there was a great selection. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Or you can get a Grab to pick you up outside of the shopping centre (where the hotel is based). We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was good, breakfast was a great spread of asian fare. Room was clean and modern but suggest Hilton to throw in a air purifier for those with a sensitive nose, aircon very cold. Hotel staff members from room service, engineers, checkin, concierge were very helpful and professional.

Check-in was fast & express check-out available. Breakfast great as usual. Room clean and able to provide additional towels and pillows for my child. Staff always ready to help and approachable. Keep it up 👍
