Room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. Quiet hotel and I slept well. What makes this hotel special is the excellent spa with infrared, sauna, hot tub, and pool. Make time to enjoy these features.

Was moved to Belvedere hotel last three days after I paid to stay at Amira. I was told they had sports team and moved me to Belvedere which was terrible. They offered free meals to compensate for the move which instead gave 90 in Bulgarian currency for me moving. Other hotel had sports team parting all night no central air and had no sleep. Checked out two days early and moved to 5 star hotel which was not much more than I paid. Lost money but gained sleep and Kempinski hotel has gained new customer.

The people at the hotel were incredibly kind and caring. They went out of their way to assist and paid attention to details. The rooms are big, spacious and clean. The hotel is near the ski lift and yet walking distance from the town center.

In the regular room the bathroom is quite small and there are no amenities for making Coffee and Tea . For us it felt overpriced. The beds are comfortable . The pool is nice very good breakfast. We ate dinner one night which wasn't so good

Great place to stay. Comfortable beds and a decent breakfast Not all of the electrical plugs worked but we managed to find two that did. Still a good place to stay and their sauna and steam room is a welcomed sight after a day of activity

Property isn't as big as some of the others so the things like the Spa and free shuttle transfers to the gondola or even just checking in are made seemless. We turned up and were in our room within 5 minutes which was huge. Brilliant stay and if we come back to bansko I'd expect a return stay to be in the Amira.

Amazing! Just loved our stay there… is a beautiful boutique hotel, everything is well cared, the staff is super friendly and always there to help you out… the relaxing massage I got was heavenly. Definitely we will stay there again when we travel to Bansko.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and friendly. Some staff could speak English; others could not speak English, but we all did our best to communicate. They helped me learn some basic Bulgarian, and we all had some laughs trying to communicate with each other. If you are a kind person, you will get by just fine at this hotel. I had a really nice massage, yummy food, and nice pool and other facilities. Amira is very close to the gondola and Pirin Park, which is full of shops and restaurants. I recommend this hotel because it was safe, comfortable, and friendly.

Great position for town and gondolas. Very modern and clean everywhere. Pool area was lovely. Breakfast good and staff very attentive. The cleaning staff were excellent and we liked the chocolates delivered every night!

big rooms and equipped with all you need but the bed was horrible. Low pressure in the shower, no one speaks English so you cant really get any information. You can buy VIP skipass on the spot but a regular one will take 30min as they bring it from another hotel. Location is a 300m walk from the first store/restaurant and not enough shatels.

The hotel was awesome. Good facilities, near the the gondola and gave us a free upgrade on the room. However, the food is pretty awful and could do with some improvement.

Gorgeous boutique hotel with a family feel. Great size room with kitchen area and excellent facilities. Very clean. Excellent local food for breakfast and dinner. Exceptionally friendly staff. Great kids play area. Lovely pool and spa area. Free car park and staff helped with luggage to the room. Ski and boot store was good too. The complimentary shuttle bus to the gondola was excellent even though you could easily walk. We would definitely stay there again.
