Customer service was excellent. Since we arrived early from our cruise they were very accommodating with storing our luggages while we explored downtown Seattle. It’s also very convenient that they have shuttle to take you to the mall nearby and 24-hr bus shuttle service to the airport. The only downside is that the outside waiting area was dirty and not well maintained. There’s a lot of cigarette butts on the floor and smells bad.

Free breakfast the worst. Bananas so rotten we still joke about them. No potatoes only eggs. God knows what type of sausage they used. We had a great stay at this hotel we arrived very early in the day and the clerk was very helpful with storing our bags and allowing us to park the car at the hotel all day ehile we took the train into Seattle sight seeing. We go back to the hotel at aboit 7pm. We were hungry and the hotel provided free shuttle service to local restaurants. Great service. Also a very good hot breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay again.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff was friendly and accommodating with the exception of the shuttle driver...which was more concerned with getting his break than getting people to the airport early in the morning.

Awesome place to stay on game day. Easy access to Angle Lake train station. Hotel was clean and comfy!

Excellent....big roomy comfortable room...very large lobby....great hot/cold breakfast....covered parking in the rear.....very nice ck in personel with lots a patience as it was really busy with cruise customers but because the communal area is so large you didn't feel crowded in...near the Airport and you might hear a plane now or then but not on a constant basis...the morning manager was ALWAYS ATTENTIVE....

Never got a wake-up call, even though I had checked twice to confirm. Room was fine, but overpriced for a standard room. Overall ok, and kudos to the one front desk person, but probably wouldn't stay here again.

Check in was really easy. The staff accommodated me very well on both stays. The hotel shuttle was a little late but understood due to the chaos of traveling. The driver was nice and got me back to the airport on time.

The room was small. The wifi was bad. And after I arrived I was charged an addittional fee on top of what I paid 5 months prior when I made the reservation and PAID IN FULL. The only thing this place had going for it was the location. Other hotels offer complimentary breakfast etc. Not this one. Wont stay again.

This Holiday Inn Express is what you would expect. It certainly meets the standards of other Holiday Inn Expresses at which we have stayed. The staff was friendly and professional, the rooms were clean, and the property was conveniently located to the airport. Extremely frustrating, however, was the hotel shuttle. We waited for half an hour for it to arrive at the airport, watching several other hotel shuttles pick up guests. We finally gave up and took a cab. Because there is a minimum charge, this cost us $21.00. When we expressed our frustration to the desk clerk, she stated that shuttle service had been "spotty". If you advertise a hotel shuttle, it should run regularly. Catching it should not be a "hit or miss" proposition.

I am 5'3" and had a very hard time getting on the bed because it was so high. When I did get up there and sat on the edge my feet were a good 2 feet from the floor. Once up there it was comfortable. The bathroom had a very odd sliding door that offered no real privacy. There was a large gap and no handle or lock of any kind. Also, the entry door had at least an inch of gap at the bottom that light and sound came thru. As well as a spider crawling across that floor. The microwave took some figuring out. Would be nice if there were instructions. Lastly, in the room above us were very loud children that were up all night running, jumping and bouncing a ball or something. We got very little sleep. There should be quiet time rules and kids should not be on upper floors if possible.
