The room had no garbage can . There was no bar of soap in bathroom for washing hands.. room was not serviced and I was there for 2 nights with no clean bedding or fresh towels

They advertise Breakfast. All they had were Waffles, Cereal, English Muffins and Toast. There was no proteins available and my wife is diabetic. Even at the lesser quality Super 8 in Ontario, they had Eggs, Yogurt, and Fruit available. We went to Shari's.

No wash cloths in bathroom. Only 1 set of towels for 2 people. No mat for the bath tub. Window sills filthy. Hallway carpeting dirty. No landscaping. No mirrors.

They are using the pool area as storage, have all sorts of items in there, mini fridges, beds, vacuum cleaners, etc. called to let them know my room fridge was leaking water and was given attitude by front desk. Called to ask for a roll out bed and they said no. I have stayed here before and was not told no about the roll out bed.

The beds were ok. The pillows ate small. The microwave didn’t heat up our food. I liked that it was pet friendly

This was the worst place I have stayed. Beds are old, stained up, carpet is peeling up, TVs don’t work in rooms, old AC and beds laying in hallways. Sheets stained tubs were not cleaned and so nasty I did not take a bath or shower. Who had 1 ply toilet paper anymore. Back of hotel is very shady door hardly works. I would stay at motel 6 next door before here Oh and pool was not open and the breakfast was only waffles and English muffins

Easy motel to find next to I-84. Some nice restaurants in the local area within a mile of the motel. Friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast was some of the worse in the over 2000 mile family trip. There were other motels in the same area that at least looked better. It was booked months ago and we couldn’t change without forfeiting the nights charge. Avoid!!M

Stopped here for the night on the way to Washington. I don’t want to say it was bad but the hotel could use some upgrades which it looks like they are slowly working on. There was some old mattresses at the bottom of the stairs and an old A/C unit sitting on a table at the top of the stairs. The room was clean and everything worked as it should which was my only requirement. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. They had waffles, 3 slices of bread (we had 5 people), oatmeal, and coffee/juice. The pool was open and the kids enjoyed it but they were using the area to assemble bed frames and the hot tub was closed. It had wood covering it and the pool chairs with caution tape blocking it off. They only had 3 chairs at the pool to sit at. For a quick one night stay while passing through it was fine.

The bathroom/shower was decent, could have been cleaner but it at least had hot water and good water pressure. The continental breakfast was lame-hardly any choices, nothing fresh. Overall review would not recommend. Will not be staying again.
