We came here for our honeymoon and this was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had! From the cleanliness, to the service, to the valet it was all wonderful. The breakfast was pretty mid but that’s my only critique. They stored our bikes away when we weren’t using them which was a great relief.
Leah, Dalton, Shawn, and Ethan were just a few of the wonderful people who made our stay so wonderful. We will come back.
P.S. we booked our last night at the Marriott because I thought it would be nicer but we were very disappointed and we ended up coming back to the Hyatt Place for our last night.

The room was so beautiful I didnt want to leave! We had the king suite which was a corner room with tons of windows. Beautiful view! Hotel was clean and staff is friendly!

The staff at the hotel were all very friendly. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The door to the balcony was sound proof so the outside noise did not bother us.
The indoor pool was very small, max occupancy is 3 people.
Breakfast was great and is served at great times.
The location was very convenient. It really made you want to walk everywhere.

What a wonderful experience. Hotel was clean, breakfast was delicious, and all employees very friendly and welcoming. The front desk and valet parking staff were extremely helpful. The oceanfront view from the balcony was beautiful. We will definitely be coming back in the future. 10/10 highly recommended.

Hotel stay and staff service were excellent. Location was convenient and close to the beach. More food options within the hotel would be ideal as a suggestion.

I had a very hard time sleeping due to the noise. The AC unit was so loud I thought at first it was a jet going over the hotel. I was on the 11th floor not sure what all the other noises were from except the slamming doors. Went down to the bar/market area wanting a snack and a beer for the football game but unfortunately there was no one working at 3:30 on a Sunday. Lastly, I needed to write something down and there was no pen, no pad, nothing, not even a bible.

It was way more than we expected. Wish there were a couple of water bottles in the room, but otherwise, wonderful!! Hope to use this hotel for our anniversary next May!!

Wonderful place to stay. The entire staff where exceptional. The one downside was the outdoor pool. It needs a major face lift.

All the staff was very nice and welcoming. Valley staff gets a At. Very clean and well maintained. Great view of the beach from my room. When I called the front desk, they was able to answer my questions. The only things they can improve on is the breakfast.
