The hotel was clean, but obviously an older hotel. Their breakfast options were overall quite terrible. I eat a primarily plant-based diet and don’t consume dairy so breakfast was basically an apple or super sugary oatmeal and there were no nondairy creamer options for the coffee which really put a damper on my morning routine.

I didn’t get to stay at this hotel because I was at the Mayo Clinic with my husband who has a brain tumor. I’m upset that I couldn’t get even a partial refund for my hotel room, especially with all of this going on in our lives.

Every staff member seemed to truly enjoy their job, especially the "breakfast lady" Sandy. She made sure that every person was greeted with a smile and a positive comment about either themselves or just to have a nice stay. We really enjoyed her attitude.

We stayed at this hotel due to location for the concert we were attending. The hotel was fine, but staff were uninformed and not very knowledgeable. Did not know what checkout time was said the signage was wrong for check in and check out. Bought a small bottle of Snapple juice in their little store, which cost four dollars, clearly an inflated price. Did Express check out with the text I was sent and never received the receipt that was promised.

Room smelt moldy, jetted tub was from 1985 and didnt work right..... if youre looking for a cheap hotel id grab one of the 60$/ night ones in the same general area because youll get the same experience at them and it wont cost you 120$ a night... the photos are misleading...staff was nice, property is dated... my heater/ac was stained and didnt work right... not worth it.

The furniture was dirty and outdated. The fridge was ancient and unclean, including an exploded pop in the freezer. Extra towels could not be delivered to the room, only front desk pick up for towels.

TV remote didn’t work. Hotel did not email me receipt. Call didn’t go through when I tried to call hotel. Pool for my guests was too warm. Not enough towels for 3 peopje and 2 night stay. Had to ask for more shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
