CONs- they didn’t have the room I booked !
Came to Herndon and I booked through Expedia . I specifically wanted a kitchenette and 2 beds . Slightly expensive but I went ahead and booked it . The location was good and parking lot was big and was good . Room was near and clean . Bathrooms were ok ..
When I went to check in , I was told that they didn’t have the room I booked . I was initially upset but then they gave me 2 rooms next. To each other with 1 bed in each room ! The guy in front desk was helpful even though I didn’t get what I booked . No complimentary breakfast .. not much of amenities . It was an average experience . 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

We were able to check in an hour early. We only stayed one night. It was comfortable and let our needs. The door was kinda bent on one side. It didn’t impede with its ability to open/close or lock but still noticeable. Made me wonder if someone tried preying it open in the past.

The room and bathroom were clean. The hallway had a bit of a musty smell. I noticed, but my husband did not.

The rooms are very nicely decorated and the color scheme makes it feel like a much more expensive hotel. That being said, even after I had paid for the room to extend another night, I was informed at check out time (when I had simply come down to recheck in) that they did not have a room for me.
I had paid and received confirmation of my booking. None of my stuff was packed. They proceeded to rush me out and I had to find another accommodations last minute and without the money I had spent on the room they didn’t give me.

Overall, the room is clean and the staff is friendly. However, the furniture and facilities are a bit old and not in good condition, and the air freshener in the room smells too much.
