We chose the property because of the shuttle to the airport. I called the hotel when I collected the luggage. They said 15 minutes - it arrived in 10 - EXCELLENT. Unfortunately I left one bag at the airport by accident - Mark, the driver took me back and we found it - EXCELLENT. On the following day we asked to go to the airport but told the driver we were going to pick up the Avis shuttle. He took us straight to the Avis compound. Again - EXCELLENT! Thank you Hyatt. The only downside - not enough fruit at breakfast.

This is a great hotel close to the airport with an airport shuttle starting at 5 AM. The staff is always friendly and kind. You will want to eat dinner somewhere else as there are no walkable restaurants but the metro is very close and walkable

We selected the hotel since it was one stop away from Dulles and only two blocks from the Metro station. The hotel is newer, generally clean, with a small pool, gym, and breakfast is included. Before booking, we inquired if there were vegan products and true to their word, we found oatmeal, granola, bagels and bread, peanut butter and jams, coffee and oat milk and juices, and apples and bananas. The only criticism I had with our three night stay was that the staff in the kitchen were snippy two of the days when asking them to replenish the supplies. We headed into the tourist areas of DC everyday and while the Metro was close, it takes 50 minutes to reach center city which might be a deal breaker for future trips. However, as a gay vegan couple, the hotel offers a great deal with very professional staff, clean, reasonably priced for a great value, and LGBTQ friendly-just avoid the snippy kitchen staff.

The room was comfortable but the carpet was not vacuumed. I was told to give a deposit we had checked in. By the way we had already paid for the room.

The bed was comfortable and the bedding appeared clean but the sheets had holes in them. Water pressure could be improved. Breakfast buffet was good.

Traveling alone, a restaurant/bar in house is important. You advertise one yet every time I tried to use it, it was closed. The breakfast you advertise is embarrassing. Day old turkey sausage patties, a pot of diced cooked potatoes and sorry eggs is the hot breakfast. No half and half or cream for coffee. A few small green apples is the only fruit. A lovely convenient hotel to stay at before having to fly back home. The staff were lovely and the food is good and having the ability to leave luggage behind for a last bit of exploring was super helpful.

It is one of my favorite hotel chains because it’s clean, great service, and always great locations and that’s why I booked a room for my mom there. However, her experience was as far from what I experienced in the past with the staff. The receptionist made sure to welcome and give all information needed to the person ahead of her but when it was her turn she says the receptionist picked up the phone and started talking on the phone and instead of appropriately asking her to wait for him he started directing her with his hands. He also never gave her any information about breakfast or airport shuttle and just handed her the keys with no directions or information. I was surprised to know that someone that works at the Hyatt was so unprofessional.
