I booked the penthouse expecting a luxurious stay but was quite disappointed. The furniture looked outdated, and there was no bathtub or fridge in the room, which I had expected. The overall service at the hotel was subpar. They required extra steps just to get breakfast through a QR code system, which was frustrating – especially since I booked a package with breakfast included. I didn’t expect to spend extra time doing bookings for something that should be simple. To make things worse, the receptionist was dismissive when I inquired about a room with a bathtub, which was shown in the Hotels.com photos when I made the reservation. I won’t be staying here again.

The hotel needs a refresher to be up to todays standard. Funky smell in the reception area and breakfast almost like sewage. Might be temporary, but I was there for 3 nights and it was there during all my stay.

Great location! Really good over all except the noise from the rooftop bar, feels like the party is next door with the music and people screaming, can get bothersome and hard to sleep

For an American the rooms are a little different than I am use to. A shower on a tile floor in the bathroom and narrow beds but nothing to complain about. The breakfast and staff were excellent.

Great place to stay, however there was no hotel self-laundry or nearby laundry, and was very expensive to have clothes laundered by hotel.

The property was in a great central location. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was incredible with a large variety on offer. Would highly recommend

Room was clean upon arrival, but as we would request cleaning, the sheets were never changed under our 8 days stay and the cleaner forgot her cleaning rags in the room more than once. The room itself is not designed with comfort in mind and decor is outdated for a hotel splat middle of Gothenburg. Breakfast was not bad, but always the same. All and all I would give this place a 7 out of 10.

Quite dated. No fridge or minibar, which should be the norm on this level. The sofa-bed was in no way fit for adult even if it was sold as such.
The sofa had a lot of white stains on it and I don’t even want to think about what those were. Tha ventiltion didn’t work and worked too well at the same time giving me a cold
