The room was in over all cleanliness however the drawers had mold in them. The shower was way too confusing with the faucet having to be pulled down at the tip for the shower to work. Room had a mildew smell about it. Other than that all things were okay. Like every hotel pillows could be more soft and firm instead of flat when laid on haha. The staff at the desk when I checked In Was fantastic and very polite and professional!

All the staff was friendly, hdlpful and nice. The hotel itself was good. Had to use front door cause side door to parking lot wouldnt open with key card, and ice machines always empty, but the rest was perfect.

We stayed for a family reunion. One handicapped room and one with 2 queen beds. One bathroom, the toilet wouldn’t stop running but we were hardly there except to sleep. Everyone was nice and all seemed clean. The electrical outlets on the lights only worked with the lights on. Kinda bothersome if you use your phone for an alarm clock.

I booked this room for $130, out of sheer necessity of being too tired to drive further. The first room’s key card did not work. When I went back to the desk, I asked if I might be a little farther from the elevator since I’d needed to come back down anyway. I was given a room that was closest to the elevator, with a running toilet, and where neither the light switch nor AC worked. I requested a refund at that point, waited while she called someone who told her to tell me to go through Expedia (which took so long I gave up and decided never to book anything on Travelocity again since it felt so unwieldy and obstructionistic to deal with concerns), and was given a third room with an AC unit whose number display is non-functional and the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever experienced in a hotel before. However, since it was late, and since I felt a bit embarrassed for the desk worker to only have such rubbish rooms to offer, I inflated an air mattress I happened to have in the trunk and slept on it in the third room. Needless to say, I won’t be repeating this particular experience. Ever. However, the desk worker was polite and the room was clean.

We had a great stay! The staff was great, front desk (I forgot her name) and Alice were very helpful and super friendly!! The trim was clean and great size. The breakfast was good and nice not to have to go out for breakfast. Definitely will be staying again, as we have family in Monticello and they o my live 5 minutes from the hotel.

I come here to stay whenever I have a Fishing Tournament. the Hotel provides ample amount of space for my boat parking and plug-ins. Staff understands that there are anglers like us and provides breakfast early. They are great to stay at. only 13 Mins from Connelly Bottoms Boat Ramp.
