This hotel needs some major work done to it. The lobby was dirty. The windows were dirty. We were put in an upstairs room and had to climb about 15 stairs and made multiple trips to take our luggage and our dog carrier up and down the steps. it was not a great experience, and we definitely wanna come back to this hotel.

We end up booking three rooms and two of the rooms the heater did not work because it got down into the 30's that night go to the front desk to complain there's no room to be moved to try to call hotels.com even use a little virtual thing that they had but couldn't get any help that night. We ended up going to Walmart to get heaters for the two rooms.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The sealant on the threshold on the bathroom was wet and got in my socks…. I slept good though.

We got there and they're doing construction on the top floor and you're on the bottom floor so all your hearing is banging and the room smelled because something they're doing something with a sewer lines then we went to customer service so we could tell them we're leaving and they said well we can't cancel your room cuz it's under hotel.com I called hotel.com they said they had to call the place they called the place they said they had to wait for a manager and two days later they said I couldn't get a refund because the manager would not do it so hotel.com sucks too so if I was you I wouldn't do neither one of this place or hotel.com

AC worked well. The room was out of date, need improvement inside, found a couple spiders crawling around on the wall. The snacks in the vending machine needs to be updated with new snacks.

Property needs updating and breakfast is only a waffle, toast, or whole grain cereal. Coffee was terrible and not replaced when it ran out. Door to our room was closed but had a big gap to the outside.

There was Mold growing in a picture, I have enough breathing problems mold can make it worse!! Mirror in the bathroom still had toothpaste from the last person and toilet would not flush properly and ended up backing up. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If they maid can't clean a mirror makes me worry what else they truly didn't clean.

Everything was well, nothing was dirty it was some damages in the rooms but it wasn’t too much to complain, and a bit of rust here and there… No, insects or rodents.

The first room had standing water on the floor from HVAC , had an unsecured adjoining room and simply felt unsafe.

The room was extremely smelly. It smelled like cat pee. The beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom was very large for handicap accessibility. Yet you would never get a wheel chair inside the actual room. There were loads of people outside listening to loud music.

Location inside the mall area is confused to find. Unsafe to locate a lady with a teenage girl in a separate building from the main one and have to cross parking early in AM for breakfast. Breakfast could be enriched with eggs and sausage/patties. Staff is very friendly. Lobby and dining wallpaper needs to be change (is hold on several areas with pins). Rooms could use a little upgrade.
