It was quiet and peaceful, the rooms had very very nice soundproofing, as my sister was very loud and my father in the hallway apparently heard nothing at all.
Staff was very nice and helpful! Quite a small town, would recommend going if you have a chance, you can see the small town of shawinigan

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a last minute option and turned out perfect. The fridge in the room was a lifesaver.

My key card demagnetized twice in two days
Breakfast OK but the butter was kept cold-can't spread it, and the scrambled eggs were cold.

The magnetic key were malfunctioning every time I try. After many going to the front des jeux and back, they finally used he’s main key to open my door for the night. The lady in the morning at the front desk was clearly annoyed with us asking simple questions.
The room was spacious and clean.

There was some sports teams... They were knocking on doors and talking loud in the hallways at 6:30 am... It snowed over night alot the plow truck just clean the middle of the parking lot pushing all the snow put big snow piles in front or behind are cars... The staff were helpful and awesome at helping remove snow and help push us out... But when you have a 10 hrs drive a head of you, and have to shovel and push cars get all wet and sweaty and tired before you start the drive it'sa not fun!
