Excellent communication. Everything as explained and advertised. Only points for improvement in the apartment I stayed were clenliness under the bed (I got to see that because of my pish ups routine) and shower gel dispenser not working properly.

I am the least foo foo person I know, and this was the worst place I've ever stayed. The positives were it was clean and the woman who checked us in was lovely and helpful. It was the the most bare room ever. There were no cups, no extra tp, no Kleenex, no curtains, only a sheer window covering, 1 folding chair, 2 small night stands and some built in shelves. The mattress was broken down so i sank in the middle of it. The shower was plugged and wouldn't drain. I stood in 2 inches of water until I dug into the drain and pulled out a bunch of hair. There was a room we could go to to get hot water for tea, but no coffee. I was told it's been a month since the coffee machine broke. No instant coffee or breakfast. There were cups in that room for tea that I used in the room. I bought my own instant coffee. It was noisy and we didn't have any housekeeping service. It seemed that every cost was cut at the expense of providing any ammenities that are usually provided. I whole heartedly do not recommend this place. I am very puzzled by the good reviews. This was better than sleeping outside, but not much.

The room was a good size and was comfortable. The location to the city was good. The only issue we had was the wifi was not working for the 3 days we were there.

Close to main sights to see in the primary palazzo of Bologna. Quiet. Clean. Not much in the way of amenities though. We had to have a key to get into the room that had a mini fridge, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, OK I would recommend that the. And be changed as it implied a provided breakfast, which was not the case.

A great little place, where you will be made to feel at home and very comfortable. Easy walking distance right to the centre, in 15-20 mins, plus plenty of amenities in the area.

breakfast only consisted of one coffee or tea, one croissant and one glass of juice which was not fresh. It was the same each day.

Lovely large, light and airy room.

Good stay at this B&B. Room was ok despite the noise from the street, A/C worked fine, parking was easy and not too expensive and check in and out were easy. The walk to the heart of Bologna is not that long and it's always a pleasure to walk under the arcades of this really beautiful city. We were surprised the breakfast wasn't included as I'm quite sure it was when we booked, but the girl who did the check in said we didn't have it with the reservation we had... ok, there is a nice café right at the corner which was cheap and good, so this didn't bother us. At the end, it's not a fancy place, right in front a hospital and on a busy road, but it's not expensive, you can park your car for a good price, not a long walk to the city centre and if you don't want to walk, there's a bus stop just across the street.

The location is close to old city , and the room was ok . Two things bothered me. The mattress was not comfortable and the elevator which was too small to take people down and up.otherwise it is ok..there was free water and tea inaddition good internet speed.
