No idea how the hotel is because I never had the chance to see it due to wholly inflexible service from Hotels.com and their inability to reasonably deal with a simple request to either cancel or change my stay.

Everyone was nice and welcoming except the valet. They were extremely rude, rushy and pushy to our daughter who had come by to pick us up from the property. They were not accommodating to her at all and instructed her to park on the road to wait for us.
