For the price it was good. Pro: (we had a king room) spacious room, spacious bathroom with a very hot jacuzzi tub- that was a nice surprise! Delicious breakfast! Good coffee. Con: I called down to the lobby twice - no answer so went down there to ask for late checkout. Lady working at desk obviously sick (felt bad for her!) we have always gotten late check outs at hotels especially on a week day. Was told I could get 30 more minutes which was appreciated but an hour would half been good. I have never had an issue at any hotel of any brand ever with this (except one but it was a busy day so I understood that, it just wasn’t busy so idk why it wasn’t able to be noon). Also not sure why he front desk lady didn’t answer the phone. Also the pool was a bit chilly. The exercise room is sub-par. One treadmill (very old but worked), one bike and some weights - definitely lacking in that department. Overall it was okay, but probably wouldn’t stay again as other hotels offer a bit more, but for the price it was good.

Staff was friendly. We had a Jacuzzi in the room which was a surprise. My daughter loved it.

Close to Ameristar , nice staff,clean. The driveway getting into the place was obscure tho

Was a very nice stay, staff was friendly and very pleasant. I would recommend changing the breakfast menu throughout the week. I had the only option of apple as a fruit everyday, as well scrambled egg potatoes and sausage. Orange or banana can be choices as well. Or bacon instead of sausage. Other than that would stay again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We only stayed one night as we were in town for a concert and we could not complain. The only complaint I have as I was getting out of bed near the window and there’s such a small space that I went to move the shade and it completely fell down. Nobody’s fault. I feel like it’s just something that needs to be put back up there again. Definitely would stay there again

It was a pleasant surprise the mattresses were very firm and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional. When we come back to Saint Charles, Missouri, this will be our hotel of choice. The first impression is a lasting impression.

Our room was dirty, half cleaned. You could see hand prints all over the head board, stains on couch and bed. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

When we walked in the room & turned the A/C up, the room remained musty feeling & smelling. The A/C unit had stab marks all over it. It looked like someone took a pen & stabbed a bunch of holes in it. The pillows were small square shapped & yellow. We pulled back the bedding & there were black pepper looking specks on the sheets & comforter & hair. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. There were drink ring marks on the surfaces showing us they were not wipped down from the last person. Headboard had oil marks from skin contact & hadnt been wipped down. Floor was sticky. We ended up checking out at 11:30p after our event because we would not have been able to sleep there & we drove home. I called the hotel Monday morning asking for a manager & was told s/he was on another call. Called again Tuesday & was told s/he would call back & now its Friday & I havent heard from anyone. I understand if we couldnt be partially refunded bc even though we didnt sleep there, they lost out on the room for that night. Simply speaking to someone about our experience & having someone available to hear what happened would have been all the customer service I was looking for. Not only did this place not clean their rooms to the most basic standard, but they also provided poor customer service.

Called because we'd be getting in after midnight. They were really nice and checked us in because if you don't arrive by certain time they'll cancel room. Front staff was really nice even at almost 1am when we arrived. Would stay again.
