The service and facilities at the JW did not match the brand's reputation. While it's understandable that the facilities may be outdated due to the age of the hotel, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to not drain properly. It wasn't fixed until after 2 AM, resulting in a terrible state for the bathroom and preventing us from getting any sleep until late into the night. No one offered an apology the following day. This experience was very disappointing.

We loved our stay in marriot. It was absolutely amazing. All staff was gentle and nice. the service at swimming pool was perfect. Always filled cold water and gave the towel as soon as possible. Breakfast was also fantastic.
