The hotel is undergoing overdue renovations. Our furniture and carpet were badly stained. The blankets for the pull out couch had holes and when we went to get a replacement, it was similarly holey. The pictures on hotels.com must have been taken years ago.

What a great 2-bedroom suite! Super comfortable, squeaky, clean, spacious and beautiful. We used the microwave, the stove burners, the refrigerator, the TVs. The swimming pool and hot tub were fun as well, and we used the exercise room. A great find in Sioux Falls!

We had called a couple weeks ahead questioning about checking in early and told it wouldn't be an issue. In town for wifes surgery, that didn't happen. Room stained carpet, wood peeling off bathroom vanity, floor tile cracked and missing, exterior security door does not lock, room door its visible where attempted break in. Trash around our entry to hotel. Considering the cost of room, id expect more. Initial host at check in wss not helpful period, asking to take a seat for a moment while she checked on room, 40 minutes later nothing. If room hadnt been prepaid wed definitely would of went elsewhere.

I really liked this hotel. The breakfast is awesome. Lots of hot and cold choices. Very clean, good shower. Gave it 4 stars because the bed was really uncomfortable!

The staff from the get go was amazing! Told us where the cameras in the parking lot so we could park our motorcycles right there. To the front desk staff giving us some spray for our helmets to clen the bugs!

The rooms were very out of date. Watching TV was like I was in the 90s again. No virtual guide, instead you have a scrolling guide when you tune to the guide channel. Hot tub in room did not drain and fixtures were dirty. Trim on walls were missing.
The worst was there was a bed bug on me when I woke up in the morning. The manager couldn’t be bothered to deal with me in person when I was addressing the issues and getting a new room. Instead she had the front desk attendant do everything. Very unprofessional.

This is our favorite hotel to stay in but it needs some updating. Entry door sticks due to unlevel floor, no usb plugins, low toilets with no grab bars, vacuum the elevator floors, furniture updates.

Breakfast was the only thing decent ! No soap bar in the room to shower asked for wake up call twice both times they called me 30 minutes late ! No one answers phone st front desk ! They turn off the tv in lounge area hater breakfast ! The front desk was to order me can at 6 in the morning and when I got to front desk they said would b about 40 min for cab when they told me night before 5 minutes wait !

Impressed with this property. Room was very spacious, in excellent condition. Quiet. Bed very comfortable. All staff were pleasant to meet. The breakfast was much better than the typical hotel breakfast. Highly recommend.

Overall our stay was decent. The breakfast was really good - lots of options. The facility could use some maintenance in terms of paint and refresh. There was a lot of visible rust both within the suite itself and the common spaces. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facility was clean overall.
