We loved the overall experience, the view was incredible from our room, pool was awesome (although a little warm). Beach access was great especially the fact that we could actually swim in the ocean. The dining options were great and quality of food was excellent.
Our only real complaint was the amount noise from the hallway from the ice machine and guests running and talking loudly after 10pm. I think the hallways being tiled did not help the situation (but I understand the design). Adding door sweeps would help a little bit with the noise.

Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.

Very unique architecture and structure with different photo worthy sceneries. Amazing food and pool. Staff were very friendly and careful. I would definitely recommend for people to exchange money because they don’t accept dollars at this establishment. Aside from that it was amazing.

Definitely not a 5-star property, which wasn't surprising given the price. I had an incling something was 'off' with how much it was advertised on social media. 5-star resorts don't need to do that much.
Food was average. Only 2 water bottles given per room without option to pay for more. No minibar or coffee maker in rooms. Facilities need updating with bathrooms being less than comfortable. Speaking of which, few towels in the bathroom and always had to ask for more despite us having 4 guests in the room all week. Common areas could be better air conditioned. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Pools were comfortable and clean. Kids enjoyed kids club.
Was an ok stay but will stay elsewhere next time.

Pool and garden only - the rest I’ll be writing a lengthy letter to Hyatt about. So disappointed with Hyatt !!!!!!
And tbh Expedia too for lack of help along the way.
