I did not know that there was an additional 50.00 charge for having a dog until I got there - the lady at the check in area was not friendly at all she said you were notified about the extra charge when you reserved the room online and if you dont want the room it is okay to go to another hotel .. like I’m gonna drive 6 hours and get there late at night and make a change… did acted like she did not care at all .. bad service smelly room with dirty carpet and I will never go back there as I felt not wanted at all …

We were passing through the area so it was a quick stay. The rooms were updated and clean, the bed was comfy. The breakfast was just ok, not really a breakfast so we eat on our way out of town. We would definitely stay again.

Rooms are clean. We have stayed there before and there breakfast is just ok. This time they were out of alot of breakfast items and the eggs had way to much salt. The pool and hot tub are always nice.

Checking in was delayed an hour. Room was not ready. The room was clean and comfortable. The hallways were quite dingy. And could use an update. No elevator to second floor which was ok for us. Great location

Hotel is typical of Wisconsin north woods hotels. Nothing fancy. Bathroom was small but clean. Room was clean. Bedding was clean. It suited our needs for a one night stay on motorcycles. Price was a bit high but I know demand was also high that week so I understand why. Would stay again. Breakfast was typical also. Powdered eggs, sausage, bisquits and gravy, waffles, bread and cereal. Eggs could have been cooked a little longer as they were quite moist. Desk clerk had to multi-task breakfast also so I know that must be a little difficult. Good job!

This is the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed! We had some very bad luck that landed us extended our stay up north and leaving a cabin to check into a hotel, and they made us feel like home!! Perfect location in Minocqua. Bed was comfortable and room was adequate but for $300 a night, we expected a cleaner more updated room and entry way. The room wasnt cleaned and we didnt get fresh towels and we ran out of toilet paper. The front desk said its a post covid rule that they dont clean or refresh rooms unless it’s requested in advance. Breakfast was good.

Nikki at the front desk was amazing! She went out of her way to make me and my 2 kids feel welcome. She played with them, when the desk was slow, and asked questions that showed she really cared about them. As she restocked breakfast one morning, she also picked out a new cereal from the back that she knew the kids would like and brought it to them first! They felt so special. The pool and hot tub were perfect, and the location was great. We will definitely be back!

This hotel is in the perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and downtown. The only problem we had was that our room was damp. I had slightly wet shorts that never dried in 3 days. We also asked for a light bulb for a burned out light and we were blown off by the maid, making it a bit difficult to see to get ready.

There are NO elevators....so if you get on the second floor, you need to go up a flight of stairs. Also the Hot tub was dirty and the sauna didnt work
